The book lists 10 things that lawyers do which most annoy their clients: 1. Not returning phone calls 2. Making clients wait in the reception 3. Lack of civility and respect for others 4. Name dropping 5. Not explaining legal jargon 6. Not meeting promised deadlines 7. Not delivering a promised result 8. Not communicating for long periods 9. Not being prepared 10. Sending a large invoice without warning or explanation
