Power Lifting for Strength Training

Come join this 4-part series to learn the basics of strength training and power lifting movements. A recap of all lessons will be reviewed on the final day.

Speed and Conditioning for Youth Athletics

Are you looking to better your speed and athletic performance? This three-week program will teach the steps to become a better athlete. Course will focus on four key areas: SPEED - ability to accelerate and decelerate; AGILITY- change of direction mechanics; MOBILITY - proper warm-up and cool-down; and INJURY PREVENTION - assessment of muscular imbalances and corrective exercises. Instructor: Swede Selstrom, Certified NASM* Day: Fridays and Sundays Dates: July 9, 11, 16, 18, 23 and 25 Time: Age: Min/Max: Fee: 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. 12 and up 4/12 $200 FOR AGES 12 & UP!
