Babysitting

This course is designed to prepare 11-15 year olds for the responsibility of safely caring for infants and children. This dynamic, interactive, activity-based program provides participants with numerous handson learning experiences. Includes instruction in CPR, first aid techniques, problem solving methods, and supervision. Don’t forget to wear comfortable clothing and a mask.

Bicycle Care

InterCity Transit Earn-A-Bike Class

Join Intercity Transit for their Earn-A-Bike class. Youth will learn essential bicycle safety and maintenance skills to help prepare them to ride their bicycle independently. Students who successfully complete the class will earn a refurbished bicycle and new helmet. Earn-A-Bike students will have two weeks to complete a series of online video-based lessons and quizzes. Upon completion, students will schedule a time to fit and pick-up their bicycle and helmet at the Walk N Roll Education Center in downtown Olympia. If students are unable to transport their bicycle home, Intercity Transit can deliver. Participants will need access to a computer or smart phone and internet access.
