TEACHERS : I can compare the knowledge I had before I went to school with what I currently know now. When I see how big the difference is I would like to thank my teachers. A teacher means your mother, your father and a guide in your life. That is why I chose to be a teacher. BERFİN: When I was a little child, my mother saw my talent at drawing pictures. When she gave me crayons and papers, she already knew that I would be an artist in the future. Thanks to my mother who gave me self confidence and my teachers who helped me, I decided to be an artist. Ressam: (BERFİN ) 1-I like drawing pictures. I can even lose the track of time while drawing. 2-And I feel peaceful while drawing. 3-Berfin, you are a very talented student. 4-You should have further education in art. 5- I decided what I want to become. 6-Now I should persuade my father. 7-Dad, I would like to be an artist when I grow up. -What do you think? 8- No, I do not agree with that. I want you to be a lawyer like your uncle Ahmet‟s daughter. 9-I don‟t want to be a lawyer. I don‟t like that profession. 10-Mum.Could you please talk to my father. DAMLA Dancing is my hobby. I can dream about a peaceful and kind world while dancing. We can make the world a better place via dance and music. DINÇ I like animals. Some people ignore the fact of their being a part of the world. I want to help homeless, sick animals. I think if each of us fed an animal, they wouldn‟t face starvation and malnutrition problems. Veterinary: (DİNÇ) 1. We have a small farm. 2. -I liked all the animals here. 3. -But mostly the little lamb. 4. Sometimes a man with a motorcycle came to the farm. 5. He looked after our animals and gave them medicine 6. Every day after school, I went to the river to look at my lamb. 7. -But that day, there was a problem. 8. -My lamb couldn‟t eat, drink or run. 9. -I immediately ran to the farm to inform my dad. 10. Dad, please help me. My lamb is sick. -We should immediately call the vet, Mr. Mehmet. 11. –The vet? Who is he? -The man who comes with his motorcycle. 12. -A vet means a doctor for animals. Interesting! 13. -I should talk to uncle Mehmet about this profession. 14. There is nothing to fear. Use the medicine I gave you, it will recover in three days. -Thanks, Mr. Mehmet. 15. Uncle Mehmet, can I ask you a question? -Sure, you can, Dinç. 16. Where should I study veterinary medicine? There are faculties of veterinary medicine. 17.

DOGUS When I was a little child, whenever somebody asked me what I would like to become when I grew up, I always said „„A doctor‟‟. Years passed but I didn‟t change my mind. I still want to be a doctor. Not only because of the good salary and popularity this job offers, but also because I like helping sick people. Doktor:(DO ĞUG) 1. -Come and sit next to me. -I have a little homework, grandpa could you tell me a story? 2. -DoğuĢ, what about singing our song? -Grandpa, could I play the piano? 3. -I don‟t feel well today. -Grandpa, breakfast is ready. 4. -Mum, grandpa doesn‟t feel well. He won‟t have breakfast. -Have your breakfast. Let me look at him. 5. -That‟s unusual for my grandpa. I should call my father to call a doctor for him. 6. -Dad I called a doctor for you. -We should take him to the hospital. 7. -------8. -Dad, will my grandpa get better? 9. -I wish I were a doctor. HASAN From my early childhood, my grandpa has told me historical stories. I know how it affects a child to discover the paths of history. So I decided to be a teacher of history. Knowing about the past helps you find your direction in the future. UMUT ILKCANN SALMAN I think being a well known pop singer will make me happy. I love singing and dancing. My only dream is to have millions of fans as a pop singer. Pop singer: 1. My story. 2. I love singing and playing the guitar. 3. This is my mother .She is a teacher of music. 4. When I told her that I would be a musician, you must see, she went mad. 5. But I couldn‟t understand. She is a teacher of music as well. Why does she think like that? 6. You must do it just as a hobby. 7. But anyway I won‟t change my mind.
