Ingredients 1 Qt. strawberries, cleaned and hulled (equals 2 cups minced) 3 Tbsp. fruit pectin 2 cups granulated sugar 2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions 1. Place strawberries in SuperSonic Chopper Extra with the blade attachment. Cover and process until minced. 2. Combine fruit purée, sugar and lemon in the 1¾ Qt. Stack Cooker

Casserole. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes. 3. Stir in fruit pectin, microwave for 4-5 minutes. 4. Allow to cool before pouring into the Freezer Mates Plus

Containers. 5. Refrigerate for up to two weeks.
