3 Tbsp. flour ¼ tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. maple syrup/ honey/ agave 1 Tbsp. milk 1 Tbsp. flavorless oil (canola, coconut, vegetable etc.) 1 egg 1 Tbsp. blueberries, frozen
Directions 1. Add all ingredients into the Vent ’N Serve Soup Mug, Stir. 2. Microwave on high for 1 minute. 3. Top with a little maple syrup and some more blueberries.
