Bourbon Whipped Cream
1 cup heavy cream, thoroughly chilled 3 Tbsp. confectioners’ sugar 1½ tsp. bourbon 2 Tbsp. walnuts, toasted, chopped, optional
Directions 1. Pour heavy cream, confectioners’ sugar and bourbon into the Quick Chef Pro System with paddle whisk attachment, cover and turn handle to whip until stiff peaks form. 2. Open Quick Chef Pro System and add walnuts, fold into whipped cream.
