C lassic Apple Cobbler É
Ingredients 6 cups granny smith apples, peeled and sliced 2 Tbsp. lemon juice ¼ cup dark brown sugar 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour ½ tsp. coarse kosher salt ½ Tbsp. cinnamon
Topping 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted 1 cup self-rising flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp. coarse kosher salt 2 eggs 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C. 2. In medium bowl, toss sliced apples with lemon to keep from browning; add brown sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon and toss to coat. 3. Pour apple mixture into buttered UltraPro 1.6-Qt. Round Pan; set aside. 4. In small bowl, combine topping ingredients and mix thoroughly until combined; spoon mixture over apples. 5. Bake 35–45 minutes until topping is golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
