How to login to TID Connect using DUO for smartphones or Windows. Open your favorite web browser and navigate to: https://connect.tid.org
Type in your TID username and password. Check the “I accept the Terms & Conditions� box and click Log On.
At this point you will be prompted to approve the login in DUO. Open the DUO app on your smartphone and you should see a screen to approve/deny the login request.
After you approve the login, you will be taken to the main TID Connect screen. Web applications: The web applications which are available to you should appear on this screen. For example you could open the electronic timecard or the org chart.

Remote Desktop: To continue using or want to use remote desktop to connect to your work PC, please click the Desktops icon in the center of the top bar. A list of bookmarked machines should show up underneath. Please click on the desired machine.
Click on the downloaded link in the bottom left hand corner of the browser. It will launch the RDP session.

Q: What if my phone does not have the DUO app? A: There are two steps to get the DUO app on your phone. 1. Open the app store on your phone and download the DUO app. 2. After the app is installed, open the app and select activate. Cut and paste the activation link from your text message into the DUO app. If you do not have the activation link handy please contact the helpdesk. Activation codes are only good for 24 hours.
Q: What if my desktop is not listed on TID Connect? A: Click “+ Bookmark� in the top right hand corner of the TID Connect website. For URL and Name please type in the full computer name/number. Optionally add a description. Click SAVE.
