RE-ENTRY PROTOCOLS COMMON GUIDELINES IN EVERY PHASE • All employees who have been away from a TID facility or worksite for more than 24 hours will be asked to complete a screening questionnaire prior to re-entering a TID facility. (Questionnaire is available via the Go Canvas app.) • Maintain physical distancing of 6 feet. • Masks/face coverings are required at all times while indoors unless you are alone in an office with a door that closes. Masks/face coverings are required in the field when interacting with the public, when riding in the same vehicle or when physical distancing cannot be observed. • Personal Protective Equipment (masks, face coverings, gloves) is available to all employees. Please alert your supervisor should you need PPE.
PHASE 1 - INITIAL RESPONSE • Closure of facilities to the public and most staff. • Skeleton Crew (Essential Staff Only).
PHASE 2a - LIMITED RE-ENTRY • Additional Staff on rotating Paid Administrative Time (PAT) schedules (Essential Staff Only).
PHASE 2b - LIMITED RE-ENTRY • Additional Staff in support of essential functions. • Additional Staff based on critical work needs. • Modify PAT rotation.
PHASE 3a - EXPANDED RE-ENTRY • Remainder of non-essential PAT staff. • Those telecommuting who’s duties are impacted by teleworking or are not able to be fully effective while teleworking (employees returning from telecommuting may be rotated to allow for physical distancing). • Those on modified essential PAT rotation.
PHASE 3b - EXPANDED RE-ENTRY • Remaining teleworkers (teleworkers may be rotated to allow for physical distancing). • End essential PAT rotations.
