TID Mobile Screening App In following CDC and State guidelines, TID requires that all employees complete a COVID-19 screening form before entering a District facility when they have been away for more than 24-hours. Since implementing the screening form, TID has been searching for a more convenient solution.

To make this process faster and easier, TID is implementing a new mobile application enabling this task to be completed on a phone, tablet, or computer using an application called GoCanvas.

GoCanvas will ask the same screening questions as the paper form and upon completion, you will be given instant approval as to whether or not you can enter a TID facility. A green checkmark means you are cleared, while a red stop sign means that you should not come to the office and that further screening will be necessary.

Watch your TID email for an invitation to join GoCanvas that will be sent from donotreply@gocanvas.com.

Simply download this free app to your mobile device or computer, and you will be given access to the privacy notice. Complete the privacy notice once, submit it, and you will be able to access the screening platform.

Please be aware that completion and submission of the form using GoCanvas does not give an employee permission to enter a District facility if their “Phase” has not yet returned to the workplace. Permission to enter for employees whose “Phase” has not yet been returned to in-person work can only be granted by their AGM or the General Manager.
