ADDING OPTIONS, INCREASING EASE IS OUR PRIORITY Looking for options and ease when paying your TID electric bill? TID customers now have access to the newly installed payment kiosk located at the Turlock office location at 333 E. Canal Drive. Two additional payment kiosks are currently being installed at the Ceres office at 2944 Third Street. The kiosks are located outside of the TID office buildings, providing customers a secure, convenient way to pay your electric bill through a self-service payment option. The payment kiosks allow for multiple payment methods, including credit and debit cards, check, and cash payments. When using the payment kiosks, customers can scan the QR code on their TID bill or they will need to enter their TID account number. Customers will also have the option to create a MyPaySite account which will allow

them to make payments using a phone number and pin. Customers can create a MyPaySite account the first time they use the kiosk. As a community-owned utility, Turlock Irrigation District is committed to making advancements and enhancements that will provide direct benefits to our customers – including the contactless payment option of the new payment kiosks. The health and well-being of our customers remains a top priority, and the addition of the payment kiosks offers another safe way to do business with the District while also making it more convenient for you, our customer-owners. Customer Satisfaction Survey As a community-owned utility, you are an owner of TID – the decisions we make are with you in mind. In October you will be asked to provide feedback through our Customer Satisfaction Survey. TID has partnered with industry leader, Great Blue Research to conduct the survey. Great Blue will be calling customers at random to ensure a diverse range of participants. All TID customers can access the survey online beginning October 15, 2021 at TID.org/ survey.

We want your feedback so we can better serve your needs! The Customer Satisfaction Survey includes questions on topics like: customer service, reliability/outages, rates and service awareness, communication preference, and more. TID is proud to provide reliable and competitively priced electric service and a high level of customer satisfaction.
