Valued Method Putkisto Client Method Putkisto provides you with an important foundation for your well-being.

Our target is to be free to move well and freely throughout life.

And even more, independence; to know how to self-correct your body when needed, not forgetting the looks. And why not look your best in terms of posture, balance, elegance and expression?

The New Year is about change and opportunity for the new.

I suggest that we dedicate 2013 to maintaining and improving our agility and gain optimum functionality over our body. Alignment is the foundation for this; this is why Method Putkisto is like a“Design� for the body!

Thank you for your dedication; I am very proud of the results of this term and a HUGE thank you for being there!

Method Putkisto 20th Anniversary season Marja with Method Putkisto instructors in front of the Finnish Parliament house ready to go and work with the MPs.

20 years ago when I brought Method Putkisto to London I could not imagine that it would be where it is today both here and in Finland. It has been a wonderful journey and I thank all of you who have been part of the Method Putkisto way of life. Long may it continue!

It has truly been an eventful year!

We had a lovely party here in London in March; Sandie’s work with the Parkinson’s group has been more than a success - beautiful work; Harper’s Bazaar continues to endorse our work and our breaks in Turkey continue to be promoted year on year by the likes of Conde Nast Traveller. It’s truly inspirational to work with such brand names.

In Finland, the highlights of the year have been: Method Putkisto was chosen as an official exercise support programme for Jokerit Ice hockey team in the premier league; Marja met the MPs/Finnish Government as part of Design week in Helsinki; working with professional golfers and the 3D Natural Face Clinic has been “face to face” with female business leaders in Finland.

Instructors & Classes & Training

NEW Method Putkisto Instructor training UK 2013 Method Putkisto Institute exists to ensure that there are always going to be Method Putkisto instructors to spread the word around the world.

If you would like to know more about becoming a Method Putkisto instructor, please arrange a meeting via the office.

Our new course starts in February 2013 and throughout the year you will be meeting our trainees as they observe and assist in various classes as part of their practical training.

It has been wonderful to welcome back Lucy Noble to the Studio as an instructor for the first time this autumn. We look forward to seeing more of her during 2013!

Classes

Weekly classes form the basis of Method Putkisto and will lead to a ‘lean & lifted’ body over time.

We have endeavoured to hold our prices for as long as possible but regrettably we have to announce an increase of 3.5% (RRP) from 1st January 2013.

However, if you sign up for your classes and pay for them in 2012, then we will maintain our 2012 prices.

Note: The 10% discount still applies if you sign up for 2 or more classes a week or 2 or more Courses at the same time.
