Make Your Own Organic Apple Pie Ingredients:
1 Pie Crust 6 cups organic apples (6 medium) 3/4 cup sugar 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions: Slice the 6 apples into thin pieces.
Roll the pie crust out flat and place it in the pie dish.
Mix together cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, flour, and lemon juice
Combine the apple slices with the spices mixture. Distribute it all into the crust. Place the top part of the crust over the apples. Seal the edges. Wrap edges of pie dish with aluminum foil.
Bake on 450 F degrees for 40-45 Minutes removing the tin foil during the last 15 minutes.
Leave to cool down on a cooling rack.
