Misting bottle – A small spray bottle filled with cool water and even a drop or two of peppermint, lavender or basil essential oils can help cool you down as the temperatures rise.
Run errands in the morning– If possible schedule appointments and errands early in the day to avoid being out in the heat of the day. Snack on frozen fruit! Berries and yogurt, banana slices with a little chocolate, even try frozen seedless grapes! Pieces of watermelon are also a tasty and healthy treat. Stay hydrated with fun drinks!
