Letter From Cynthia Schneider CEO of the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber
CHAMBER STAFF
I came to the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber after twenty-five years in manufacturing and have always found interest in visiting Chamber members who have kept rich histories of both family and tradition in the work they do that builds our region. Every job is vital in a manufacturing setting and facilities embody teamwork to push through barriers to create products that workers can be proud of while serving needs in our region, nationally, and internationally. Yes, we may live in quiet towns, but it is because we are hard at work building our future. Virginia has ranked again as the top state for businesses to thrive in and our region accounts for a skilled labor force that drives these industries forward. Local Workforce Development programs have invested in our youth through innovations in learning such as the Emil and Grace Shihadeh Innovation Center to connect the next generation of trades and skilled workers to continue to accelerate businesses at the Top of Virginia. If you have not had a chance to connect with our local Workforce Development programs, I highly encourage you to do so. The Top of Virginia Regional Chamber has hosted many students who often leave us with as much insight as we provide them. They give us clues into the future of our labor force, create innovative ways of looking at our own processes, and provide valuable perception to future consumer markets. We are truly building our future, right here at the Top of Virginia!
Cynthia Schneider | CEO Top of Virginia Regional Chamber

Winchester Metals, Inc. Winchester Metals, a third-generation family-owned and operated business, has a long and proud tradition.
