ELDERS TWEED Valley and Coolangatta principal Craig Dudgeon says the Tweed Valley market continues to perform “exceptionally well” and is bucking the trends of the major cities.

Mr Dudgeon recently set a new residential sales record for Murwillumbah, which he says continues to see strong sales in the rural property sector and has a bright future ahead.

Elders Tweed Valley recently picked up several top gongs following a busy selling season. The Weekly Real Estate caught up with the Tweed Valley’s gun

sales agent to find out more about his passion for the real estate sector and why the Tweed remains one of Australia’s hottest markets.

“I’m extremely proud of our team including Kristie Hoffman and Kim Gamble who have achieved elite status with the Elders Group,” he said.

Mr Dudgeon is now number two nationally in the Elders Group from more than 3,000 agents and more than 360 agencies.

Mr Dudgeon and his wife Rebecca Dudgeon have owned Elders Tweed Valley and Coolangatta for six years and the couple remain passionate about connecting the dots for both buyers and sellers.

“We’ve built a hard-working team with family values and lots of experience,” Mr Dudgeon said.

“I love what I do, and our team are amazing.

“It’s not my aim to get these national awards, but it’s also testament to our hard work as a team and our passion for the real estate sector.”

Having a background in servicerelated industries and small business, Mr Dudgeon is a born and bred local who loves the

Tweed.

“I feel like the real estate sector was a natural progression for me, as I have a lot of knowledge of the Tweed Shire and have completed a range of developments ourselves,” he said.

He now hopes to continue getting great results for the region and building wealth for his vendors, while being a partner in their property journey.

“We have further planned to expand locally and continuing to bring in new talent,” he said.
