THIS WEEK’S hot property is a gorgeous Queenslander on acreage just out of Chillingham. The farmhouse at 1182 Numinbah Road was built in 1922 and has lovely art deco features and stunning views from Wollumbin to Springbrook. The four-bedroom home sits on a big 2.85-hectare block and has ornate art deco ceiling mouldings, cornices and original light fittings, polished timber floors, tongue and groove walls, casement windows, stained glass, picture rails, fretwork, and 2.9-metre ceilings. It has two spacious living areas, a covered front deck and a DA approved for a covered rear deck as well.
