The Tweed’s most popular streets to buy THE TWEED Shire’s most sought after streets have been revealed in a new hottest street guide unveiled by realestate.com.au recently. The most popular streets were determined by the number of views per listing on realestate.com.au over the past three years and excluded streets that had less than five sales. The research found that in Australia’s capital cities, luxury housing in premium suburbs had the most views. This was also the case in the Tweed where waterside homes at Tweed Heads featured highly as the most in-demand streets, including The Anchorage at Tweed Heads and Blue Water Crescent at Tweed Heads West. The new Altitude Aspire development at Banora Point proved popular with buyers looking to build a new home, taking out the top four Banora Point streets. Streets with outstanding views and large family homes were popular at both Bilambil Heights and Terranora including Bilambil’s number one street, Scenic Drive. On the Tweed Coast, the southern end of Kingscliff was hot property, with eight of the ten top streets based in the newer part of the town.
