New luxury residential building planned for Casuarina By Jo Kennett A NEW $75 million boutique residential apartment building planned for Casuarina Beach has gone on the market, using green energy and with vintage bikes, SUPS and surfboards to be available for residents. PAMA Casuarina, “private oasis inspired” apartments, are being built by Holm Developments and DeMartini Fletcher in a joint venture on a 4083sqm site at 5 Grand Parade, Casuarina Beach, opposite Coles Supermarket. The building will consist of 47 “luxury” two, three and fourbedroom private residences across four storeys with “tropical landscaped grounds that feature exclusive resort-style amenities. The apartments are priced from $1.1 million for the 129sqm twobedroom apartments, from $1.7 million for three bedrooms with POA (Price on Asking) for four bedrooms. PAMA Casuarina will be a residential-focused apartment building for owner-occupiers, rather than holiday apartments.
