Although every client is unique, each one can expect a fun and uncomplicated experience. The phases listed below are an overview of the process. INTRODUCTIONS After we’ve been introduced, either through email, social media, or personal recommendation (my favorite!), I’ll ensure availability and that I can meet your general design request. DISCOVERY Let’s schedule some time to chat, so you can tell me all about your special occasion and ask any questions you may have. My brief Discovery Form will be used to determine your needs, budget, and preferences. CONCEPT & ESTIMATE After I’ve had a chance to review your initial requests, you’ll be presented with a general design concept and pricing estimate along with possible add-on options. AGREEMENT Ready to say “I DO” to bespoke stationery? A signed contract and small retainer fee will secure my services and initiate the Design Process. You’ll also have access to your own online Client Portal, where you can access forms, agreements, invoices, and other important materials pertinent to your project. DESIGN AND REFINE As soon as your wording details have been submitted through the convienent online form, the design process will begin. Because bespoke stationery is a collaboration between the designer and client, you’ll have opportunities to suggest modifications or changes during this phase. PROOF AND APPROVE After the designs are complete, you’ll give all pieces one final review and update quantities if needed. Approval of the final proofs and remittance of payment will place your order into production. Any changes after the submitted approval will result in additional fees. PRODUCTION AND ASSEMBLY Each suite will be carefully produced, counted, and assembled for you. Turn-around times will vary according to print method used, overall complexity of project, and seasonality. DELIVERY Your stationery order will be carefully packaged and shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrives in 2-3 business days. CELEBRATE It’s time to place those beauties in the mail! Wedding invitations are typically sent 6-8 weeks in advance, or 2-3 months for a destination wedding. Social invitations should be mailed 4-6 weeks in advance.

print methods DIGITAL { $ } The most common and cost conscience print method, digital printing is fast and has in an endless array of color options...even white ink! LETTERPRESS { $$ } Letterpress is an antique style of printing that is instantly recognized and appreciated for it’s artesian qualities. Ink is rolled over a custom printing plate and pressed into the paper, creating an impression of the plate design. Letterpress printing is perfectly imperfect! FOIL STAMPING { $$$ } Foil stamping is a premier print method that uses a combination of heat, pressure, and foil to add shine to a design. COMBINATION { $$ } Any of the three print methods listed above can be combined for a truly unique look that fits within your budget.

embellishments SILK RIBBON Delicate in nature, luxe in look, silk ribbon is a beautiful addition to almost any suite design. Silk ribbons are sourced from artisans on the west coast and are dyed by hand. WAX SEALS Dating back thousands of years, wax seals has taken on a new modern approach to authenticating envelopes. Custom designs and colors are available, perfectly suited for any style. CRYSTALS Adorn your design with the sparkle of genuine Swarovski crystals for a glamorous look. f r e q u e n t ly a s k e d q u e s t i o n s CAN I PRINT MY OWN INVITATIONS? In an effort to maintain the integrity and quality of bespoke stationery, digital / print-ready files are not available. I’M ON A BUDGET, CAN YOU WORK WITH ME? Of course! One of my specialties is knowing how to mix and match various features to achieve the look you’re after without going over budget. If I am unable to meet your price point, I will do my best to refer you to another artist who can. HOW DO I WORD MY INVITATION? Provide me with the logistical information and I’ll handle the rest! CAN YOU HELP WITH GUEST ADDRESSES? Absolutely! I have a template that should make things easy for you. Have a tricky guest that you’re not sure how to properly address? No problem, I have resources that cover virtually every type of modern situation. WILL YOU MAIL THE INVITATIONS FOR ME? Yes, Full-Service Mailing is available for an additional fee. DO YOU INCLUDE POSTAGE? Assembled suites with rsvps will have postage applied. Postage fees will show as a separate line item on your invoice. Postage for the outer mailing envelope is not included but can be added as an additional service. CAN YOU DESIGN AN INVITATION LIKE ONE I FOUND ON ETSY/PINTEREST? Absolutely not. I welcome inspiration photos or items that give a sense of your personal style but I will not replicate another artist’s work. WILL YOU ASSEMBLE THE SUITES FOR ME? Of course! Suites that contain wraps or embellishments will automatically be assembled for you. Other suites can be assembled for an additional fee. CAN YOU SEND A SAMPLE OF MY DESIGN BEFORE I ORDER? Complimentary samples are available upon request but will be generic in nature. HOW MANY INVITATIONS SHOULD I ORDER? You’ll need one invitation per household, not per guest. For weddings, I recommend adding an additional 5-10 suites for late additions, keepsakes, and one to give your photographer so they can preserve it in photos.
