Résumé Referrals
To obtain quick access to student/alumni résumés, complete a “Résumé Referral Request” on the Employer page via our website. Upon request, students’ résumés can be sent through e-mail. Requests will be processed within two business day, and you will receive an e-mail PDF packet. Registration in Jobs4Cats is required.

Job/Internship Postings
Employment and internship opportunities are posted electronically within Jobs4Cats. These include full time, part-time (on/off campus), work study, summer jobs, internships and coop positions.
On-Campus Interviews
Career Services houses multiple interview rooms for you to schedule interview sessions with students. Each room offers a professional setting and wireless internet connectivity. Interviews can be scheduled from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. throughout the academic year in Jobs4Cats. If you would like to interview, log into Jobs4Cats to post a schedule request under the “On Campus Recruiting” tab. We are happy to facilitate opportunities to offer presentations in academic classes and to student organizations. Speed Interviewing Extravaganza We invite you to participate in one of our showcase programs which is held each Fall and Spring semester. This program features an interview rotation, résumé critique area, networking bullpen and professional dress exhibit. Various industries are showcased and you will have an opportunity to share your company information.

Job Shadowing
Host a student at your organization for one half day, one full day or several days during Texas State University’s Winter Break Job Shadowing Program. Most of the participants are juniors and seniors. For more information, contact us at careerservices@txstate.edu or 512.245.2645. Typical Job Shadowing experiences may include: •Observation •Staff discussions •Office/department tours •Attending meetings •Light assistance in day-to-day activities •Work on short-term projects
