Chiara)Mymissionistoenableasmanyindividualsas possibletounleashtheirpotentialandgettowhatmakes themfulfilled,butalsoprovideactualtoolsandmechanisms forthemtodoso.Iamahugebelieverthatrealenablement occurswhenaftersometime,peopledon'tneedyou anymore.Itisveryimportanttoinspireandmotivateothers, butyouneedtoprovidepeoplewithactualtools,sothey canproceedintheirgrowingjourneyonceyouleavethe room.Ahugepartofmymissioninvolveshelping corporationsaswell,astheyareultimatelyconglomerates ofindividualsandsuchkeyplayersinpeople'slife.We spend70-80%ofourtimeatwork(ifnotmore)-ifmore individualsandbusinessescanmastertheirabilitytobe creativeandinnovatewhilealsothrivingindoingso,itwill genuinelybeabetterplaceforallofus.

Chiara)ThelaunchofAmazon.cominAustraliahasprobablybeen oneofthemostincrediblechaptersofmyprofessionalexperience.I rememberwhenIfirstwascontactedfortherole,theycouldn't sharemanydetailsaboutitduetoitsconfidentialnature.Sothey flewmetoSydneyfromHongKongtomeetwiththeinterview panel,andthatiswhenIsignedanNDAandwasabletogeta betterunderstandingofitall.Acoupleofweekslater,Iwas gettingreadytomovewithaone-waytickettoAustralia, whichwasinitselfsomethingthathadneverbeeninmy plans.Thefirstfewmonthsonthejobwerepure adrenaline-itwasonlyafewofus,andweoften workedaroundtheclock.Thatperiodwassotiring,and yetyoucouldseehowmuchweallwerelovingit:we wereenergized,motivated,inspiredbyeachother, anddefinitelyfeltwewereallinthisjourneytogether asateam,allthrivingforamuchbiggerpurpose.
