Operation the closed centre high pressure hydraulic circuit follows:The components the high pressure hydraulic circuit are connected their load sensing lines the hydraulic load sensing valve which controls the output the hydraulic

When the trailer brakes, remote control valves, hydraulic lift front axle suspension (where fitted) are operating, the load sensing valve variable flow piston compares the pressure the component load sense line with the output pressure the hydraulic pump output pressure less than the combined pressure the load sense line and spring force the flow trol then pump output continues When circuit demand satisfied pump pressure overcomes the combined pressure the load sense line and flow compensating valve spring. This moves the spool the flow pensating valve the allowing control pressure oil directed the variable flow swash plate servo which - strokes the pump adjust output circuit

High Pressure oil fed a subplate the bottom the remote valve stack where directed the T railer Brake valve which has priority for safety The oil then redirected the Electronic Draft Control V alve and the Electro - Hydraulic Remote V Within the subplate a pressure compensating valve which diverts the oil the low pressure system a pressure bar ( psi )

High Pressure oil also fed the top the Remote V alve stack through end plate which incorporates a pressure limiting valve and this supplies oil - bar the pilot line galleries the Electro - Hydraulic Remote V alves. Surplus oil from the charge pump the variable displacement pump fed past the bar valve and boosts the pressure the lubrication

The trailer brake valve located the sub plate the remote valve The valve diverts oil pressure the trailer brakes whenever the brake pedals are The trailer brake has absolute priority over other services the
