Engine - Engine and crankcase

Engine - Install - 9 Liter tractors

Attach load rotor 4130 lifting bale equivalent overhead hoist and the two engine lifting Install lift engine and set into tractor frame.

NOTICE: The engine lifting brackets are for vertical lifting only Any lifting device that not vertically line with the lifting brackets can damage the engine rocker arm cover cause bracket failure

Install front engine mount bracket. T orque the lower engine mount frame bolts (1) - 107 N·m ( - ) T orque the ISO mount nut (2) 160 - 220 N·m ( 1 - 162 )

Install rear retaining straps both T orque bolts 125 - 150 N·m ( - 1 1 1 ) RCPH10FWD020BBC

Connect drive shaft drive coupler . T orque the bolts - 108 N·m ( - )

Connect fuel return

NOTE: Remove plug and cap from hose and

Install upper radiator hose (1) and right hand air air tube (2) Remove support strap (3)

Connect fuel line (1) and alternator cable (2) .

NOTE: Remove plug and cap from hose and

T ighten upper radiator hose (1) . Install lower radiator hose (2) , and left hand air air tube (3)

Secure ground strap engine (1) Connect starter cable and wire (2) starter

10. Connect Diesel Emission Fluid / AdBlue® (DEF / Blue®) hoses (1) solenoid and engine

Connect heater hoses (2) marked during sembly

1 Install fan from right hand side engine with the help

12. T ighten fan assembly hub .
