Engine - Change fluid - Changing engine oil and filter

NOTE: Reduce 300 hours less NEW HOLLAND AMBRA UNITEK MASTERGOLD SBL - 4 not used. Change the engine oil and filter every 600 hours once a year before whichever occurs Y our dealer has approved oil and not use other types oil filters.

NOTE: For best results change the oil and filter while the engine still warm the touch from operation (not The tractor must a level surface.

Remove the oil pan drain plug and drain the oil from the engine into a container

After all oil has drained, install new washer 98474302 drain center washer plug and install drain T orque drain plug ( )

Clean the area around the filter head and housing the left side the engine. Place a container under the oil filter and turn the filter housing counterclockwise loosen with a ( 2 ) After all oil has drained from the filter , remove the housing with filter

Reinstall

Install the new filter cartridge and O - Lightly oil new

Fill with new oil into the engine oil fill (1) .

NOTE: T otal oil refill capacity will determined how completely the crankcase not fill above the high mark the dipstick (2) when refilling.

Operate the engine for five minutes 1000 RPM . Check for oil leaks the filter base and drain

Stop the W ait approximately five minutes for the oil return the oil pan. Check the oil level the dipstick (2) and add oil

Reinstall the filter assembly not over tighten the O - ring will leak.

Cut the ties securing the harness and disconnect the harness.

17. With the help assistant remove the fan out the right hand side the

Disconnect the harness lead the air conditioner high pressure switch (1) and the clutch activation lead (2)

Use a breaker bar relieve the tension the tine belt and remove the belt from the air conditioner compressor pulley .

20. Support the compressor and remove the four ing

Set the compressor the right hand front tire and secure with holding straps shown.

Disconnect the power cable (1) from the alternator

Disconnect the exciter wire (2) from the alternator

24. Disconnect the harness (1) .

Remove the bolt (2) securing the harness the gine

Unplug the connector (1)

Disconnect the main harness (2) from the engine troller .

Disconnect the cable (3) from the junction

Cut the tie (4) securing the harness and cable gether

Move the harness (5) out from behind the junction box and the engine stay with the chassis during the engine

Remove the nut and bolt (1) securing the cable the

Remove the bolts (2) securing the bracket the gine block.

33. Remove the bolt (1) securing the harness the gine

Disconnect the fuel inlet hose (2)

NOTE: Plug and cap all disconnected fuel hoses and tings.

Remove the right and left hand hold down

37. Remove the front hold down bracket.

Attach the 4130 load rotor lifting bale equivalent overhead crane and engine lift brackets.

NOTE: The engine lifting brackets are for vertical lifting only Any lifting device that not vertically line with the lifting brackets can damage the engine rocker arm cover cause bracket

Set the engine place the chassis.

NOTE: The engine lifting brackets are for vertical lifting only Any lifting device that not vertically line with the lifting brackets can damage the engine rocker arm cover cause bracket

Remove the 4130 load rotor lifting bale equivalent from the engine lift brackets.

Install the front hold down bracket.

T orque the lower engine mount frame bolts (1) - 107 N·m ( - )

T orque the ISO mount nut and bolt 160 - 220 N·m ( 1 - 162 ) .

Install the right and left hand hold down brackets.

NOTE: Left hand side Install both T orque the bolts 125 - 150 N·m ( - 1 1 1 )

Connect the fuel return

NOTE: Remove the plugs and caps from the disconnected fuel hoses and fittings.

Route the harness and secure the engine block with the original bolt (1)

Connect the fuel inlet hose (2)

1 Secure the bracket the engine block (1) with the original

Secure the cable the bracket with the original nut and bolt (2) . RAIL13TR02984AA 7

Route the harness (1) behind the junction box into it’ s original position.

14. Connect the cable (2) the junction box shown.

Connect the main harness (3) the engine controller Plug the connector (4)

Secure the harness and cable (5) together with a RAIL13TR02988AA

Connect the harness (1)

Route the harness the top the engine and secure with the original bolt (2) RAIL13TR02985AA
