PRESIDENT ELMER H. COOK From the founding of the Junior College, Mr. Cook has contributed his devoted efforts toward its development. Because of his untiring interest in its survival, it has become a thriving community college in a new location, and has unlimited possibilities for further progress. Through the years, the achievements and growth of our college will primarily be the result of his work with the people of the community.
DEAN E. T. VINES Mr. Vines has contributed not only his talent of management, but also his everpresent willingness to help the students become better adjusted to college life. He has shown an undying spirit for the college which goes "above and beyond the line of duty", and has worked constantly for better student-teacher relations. For these reasons, he will be remembered as a very important part of our Junior College.

BILL BARDRICK President of the Student Board for the First Semester and Vice-President for the Second Semester, Bill, throughout his Junior College career, has displayed outstanding qualities of leadership. Voted Most Studious Boy, President of Phi Theta Kappa, and member of the Art Club, Bill has served well at all times.
CONALY BEDELL President of the Freshman Class and Outstanding Freshman Boy, Conaly has proved to be a talented worker. He served brilliantly as Associate Editor of the Lion's Roar First Semester and as Business Manager Second Semester. His impersonation of "Yank" in "The Hasty Heart" further proved his talent. Conaly is also a member of Phi Theta Kappa.
SHERWOOD CASTNER A delightful personality and outstanding scholastic ability characterize Sherwood. President of the Veteran's Club and member of Phi Theta Kappa for the Second Semester, his keen mind and ready wit make him an asset to classroom and campus.
DAVID BRUMLEY One of the leaders of Junior College, David, a member of Phi Theta Kappa, was chosen President of the Student Board for the Second Semester. He was President of the Sophomore Class and of the Ensemble for the First Semester, and was voted "Best All Around Boy" in Junior College.
WILMA HOPKINS While maintaining a high scholastic average, Wilma also found time to work in her various clubs and was always willing to appear in college programs where her lovely voice and engaging personality were a great asset. She was voted "Most Talented Girl" by her classmates, was elected Homecoming Queen, and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa.
WAYNE LAYMAN Voted "Best Looking Boy" by our college students, Wayne was a brilliant performer on the basketball team, often high point man. He maintained a good grade average and showed himself always co-operative and ready to work for the best interests of the college.
TERESA TERBIETEN Voted the "Best All Around Girl" in Junior College, she served on the First Semester Student Board, as well as Second Semester, was a member of the Numa Staff, and served as accompanist for the choir. Wherever there is work to be done, wherever someone is needed to help with a party, a project, or a program, there is Teresa.
LARRY RANDOLPH With a high scholastic standing, Larry has displayed a tremendous talent in two fields of work. . .Dramatics and Journalism. He turned in a brilliant performance as "Lachie" in "The Hasty Heart", and did outstanding work as Business Manager of the Lion's Roar for the First Semester and as Associate Editor of the paper Second Semester. He has been elected "Wittiest Boy."
SELMA WAKEFIELD Always quiet, always unassuming, and always where she is needed. . .these are some of Selma's characteristics. Editor of the NUMA, Secretary of the First Semester Student Board, voted Outstanding Sophomore Girl, member of Ph! Theta Kappa, the Ensemble, and the Art Club, Selma was a conscientious and intelligent leader.
BOBBY WOODS Editor of the Lion's Roar for two semesters, member of Phi Theta Kappa and IRC, VicePresident of the Press Club for the First Semester, and voted "Wittiest Girl" in the college, Bobby has made outstanding contributions to Junior College. Ability, intelligence, and a willingness to work. . .these are some of the traits that characterize Bobby.
