CONALY BEDELL

Best known, perhaps, as the dynamic editor of the Lion's Roar, Conaly has a brilliant record in other activities of the college. He played the male lead in "The Barretts of Wimpole Street" , was president of the sophomore class the first semester, and a representative on the Student Board for the second semester. Voted "Best All Around Boy" by his classmates, Conaly was also on the Dean's list, and vice-president of Phi Theta Kappa.

BOB DAVENPORT

Bob will long be remembered for his outstanding performance as the -choleric father in "The Barretts of Wimpole Street" . In addition to being hignly successful as business manager of the Numa, he has been active in the Jacque andjestre club and in (he choir. He was also voted "Most Talented Boy" in junior college. Bob's many abilities and his personality have won for him the respect and admiration of others.

JIMMIE BLANCHE FITZGERALD

Jimmie Blanche, voted "Best All A round Girl" by junior college students, has quietly proved her ability in numerous activities. She has worked efficiently and without fanfare as editor of the Numa. She has been on the Student Board for two semesters, serving as secretary the first semester, and was elected vice-president of the Association of Women Students second semester. Jimmie worked faithfully as a reporter on che Lion's Roar all year, and was on the Dean's list.

TOMiMY GOLDSBOROUGH

President of the sophomore class for the second semester, and a Student Board representative first semester, Tommy was one of the main factors in starting the pep band formed this year at the college. During the intramural football games between the freshman and sophomore men, his enthusiastic interest helped to make the project a success.

PAT GILLESPIE

Pat was acclaimed by his classmates as the "Outstanding Freshman Boy." He was president of the freshman class first semester, and served as a representative on the Student Board second semester. Pat made the Dean's list and was elected president of the Circle K club, a new organization started this year.

ARLENE MOORE

Arlene was selected one of the candidates for the title of Numa beauty. She was chosen by the student body as the "Best Loo king Girl" in junior college. A member of the college choir, she also made the Dean's list. Arlene's ability and happy personality have been a very definite addition to the staff in the business office this year.

RALPH SANDERS

Capable business manager of the Lion's Roar second semester, Ralph has also been on the Student Board for two semesters. He has shown he is a capable student in many ways, serving as president of the Math club first semester, making the Dean's list, and as an active worker in the Press club. Ralph was also.elected to Phi Theta Kappa.

Mad

(Sf,

JIM RAY

Jim has proved that athletic ability and brains often go together. He made his letter in Junior College basketball, and was on the Dean's list. An asset to the Sophomore Council first semester, heservedas vice-president of the Student Board second semester. His good natured manner and friendly smile have earned him many friends.

JACK SCHOEPPEY Jack was elected by the freshmen to serve as their second semester president. He was one of the main forces in organizing the junior college pep band, and served faithfully and efficiently as the director of it. His cooperation and interest in a 11 the school activities have made him anoutstanding member of the student body.

Malt Of, Same,

NANCY SECREST Nancy's sympathetic and delightful portr ayal of Elizabeth Barrett in "The Barretts of Wimpole Street" was one of the highlights of the college play. She was on the Dean's list, the Numastaff, and had worked faithfully with the choir. Nancy is also a member of the Press club and the Future Teachers of America.
