BUILDING PRODUCTIVE TEAMS February 19, 2020 Wednesday | 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Learn your distinct temperament (Blue, Gold, Green, or Orange) for your leadership and communication style. Participate in interactive, fun group discussions, and activities that highlight the important characteristics of each temperament. Utilize the Real Colors personality temperaments and participate in a Low Ropes Course. Participants share observations, lessons learned, and ways to transfer them to their personal and professional lives. Comfortable attire and closed toe/closed heel shoes are required.
MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Sandra Kerby, an education specialist with expertise in education management, informal educational programming and staff training, is a 17-year veteran. Ms. Kerby received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Athens State University and a Master of Arts degree in Museum Studies from Johns Hopkins University, focusing on programming, leadership, and strategic planning. She is certified as a training facilitator by the John Maxwell Team and Real Colors®.
