Foreword

This document is intended to provide the information and guidance needed to successfully manage your Title III activity. The contents consist of background information for the Title III Strengthening HBCU Program, Fostering Undergraduate Talent by Unlocking Resources for Education Act (FUTURE Act) and practical day-to-day information regarding policies and procedures as they relate to the Title III Program.

The Title III Program Administration personnel are always available to assist you; however, in order for the program to function successfully and expeditiously, it is imperative for you to become familiar with the contents of the manual.
