Hazrat Muhammad (‫ )ﷺ‬said: “A person is on the religion of his friend, so everyone should see who are they friends with.” (Sunan Abi Dawood Sharif). Keys of Good and Evil: Hazrat Muhammad (‫ )ﷺ‬said: A few people are keys for welfare and a lock for evil. And some people are keys for evil and a lock for good. So blessed be that person in whose hands Allah Almighty has put the keys of doing good. And be destroyed that person in whose hands have been put the keys of evil. (Sunan Ibn-e-Maaja).

What I saw, Heard and Thought

The Lost Liveliness of Karachi and the Criminal Neglect of the Government

I just came back from Karachi the day before yesterday. There everywhere was filth and dirt. Every person was complaining that the present and the previous governments have not focused on cleanliness. And dirt and filth have piled up. But I could not digest these things. One of the reasons is that cleanliness is everyone’s personal affair. And just as one cleans one’s own house, similarly it is the responsibility of the people to keep the streets and markets clean too. Many people told me that in Europe people roam around with dogs. Whenever and where ever the dog takes a bowel movement, they let him to it with ease. They have a shopping bag with them. They lift the bowel with it and put it in a dustbin. And they clean the spot with a tissue paper. If the dog is mine, then I am responsible for keeping it clean. The dog is mine, but the job of cleaning the place should be of the government, what a strange thing that is! This is our mistake. And we shall have to accept our mistakes, where everyone likes to say that the job of cleaning the place is that of the government. This should never happen! You cleaned the house and threw the dirt of the house in front of the door. I think that this is extremely abase. This is my country! I have to clean my country myself. There is my street, my house, my roads, my bazars and I have to keep them clean. Till the time we do not develop a sense of complete self-responsibility, we cannot become 100% healthy and responsible citizens. The true reflection of the prophetic era is in front of us. How much the prophet (‫ )ﷺ‬of Allah and your companions used to like cleanliness? According to the temperament of Prophet hood, the first and foremost thing is faith. A lot of emphasis has been paid on faith. What would be a bigger importance of faith that cleanliness has been considered half of the faith. And cleanliness definitely is half of the faith. The society of Hazrat Muhammad (‫ )ﷺ‬was a healthy society. Where the diets were simple, there was an

arrangement of cleanliness. Hazrat Muhammad (‫ )ﷺ‬laid a lot of emphasis and importance on cleanliness. Have we named dirt and filth as simplicity? In simplicity you can have a weak house, small street and stitched clothes, but they should be clean. The houses are clean, streets are clean, the bodies are clean. If we want our bodies to be clean, our streets to be clean. Then the way we focus on the cleanliness of our bodies, similarly we should focus on the cleanliness of our streets. A person said, “I went to Saudi Arabia to earn. I could not find a job. I stood by a road. A Saudi came. He took his head out of the car and asked, “Would you like to work?”, I said, “yes I would like to work.” He asked, “What would you like to do?” I said, “I shall do whatever you shall ask me to do.” He said, “Sit inside the car.” He had his whole house cleaned by me. And in the end he said, “My gutters are blocked. I lifted my cuffs and without a shopper I put my arm inside the pipe of the gutter. From inside, I found a few clothes and a few pampers and a few other things. He was looking at me with awe. And I filled the litter bin with that debris. I cleaned his house. He saw my service and said to me, would you like to work with me permanently? I nodded with approval. He asked, “What will you take?” I said, “Whatever you shall give.” And then I started working with him with honesty. After some time he made me responsible for the income of the taxi. I made progress and after a while I became the director of all of his business (which was worth millions of Ryals). He became old. His children grew older. He did not make me subservient to his offspring. Rather he made me the elder of his offspring. And he made everyone subservient to me. He asked me to groom them. That was cleanliness and mannerism that took me from poverty to affluence. Come! We should be careful of our responsibilities. Does this mean that Karachi’s lost liveliness is the criminal neglect of the government? We learn that this is not correct. Rather it is the criminal neglect of every person. I consider myself as the biggest criminal.

The Rise and fall of Nations and the Process of Accountability

My respected friends! The Lord is unhappy! Lord should be reconciled with repentance! Someone asked a friend of Allah, how should Allah be pleased? He said, in the solitude of nights by shedding tears. And consider yourself at fault at all times, that I am the wrong doer. This is such a state that reconciles Allah.

‫انت سبحانک انی کنت من الظالمین‬ ‫مت نفسی ظالمکثہرا ال الہ اال‬ ‫للھم انی ظل‬ ‫ا‬

[‫ ]انی‬means “I”. Friends of Allah state that reciting this blessed verse solves all the problems. Quran states [‫ ]انی‬meaning “I”. This blessed verse is a sacred word! O Allah, I am the wrongdoer. And you are the pure deity. O Allah I am the oppressor. I oppressed myself. I have been tough on myself. I have committed many sins. I have been doing many wrong things. O Allah I am the wrongdoer. Now when he acknowledged this, Allah decided to be kind with him. So much so that the creation had done wrong to him. Or a torment had been unleashed upon him from the skies, that was removed. Till the time every person shall not say that I am the oppressor, all the mischief that is in the world is due to me. And it will finish and peace will revert. Then certainly peace shall revert! Serenity will come in the world due to me, so certainly it will come! Due to my sinful life storm can come in the world! Due to my lies storm can come in the society! My fraud and guile and mistakes of the solitude can bring turbulence in the world! Rather all the mischief that has spread is because of me. This will come again. Till the time everyone will not accept that, the lord shall not see us with kindness rather with a wrathful eye. Every person shall have to do this! I am giving this lesson to all of you today! This is a wonderful lesson.

Redemption is in Abandoning Blaming Psychology: Our days and nights are passing with a blaming psychology. India has done this! America has done that!! England has done this! Army has done that!! So and so politician did this!!! So and so person did that!!! The person who lives with blaming psychology can never be corrected. Double Loss: I often say this to my friends that when I say something for your correction, then if you have a blaming psychology then you shall keep on thinking that someone has complained about us. Then your life shall never be corrected! You will never be able to achieve the proximity of Allah your whole life! You will go and find that person who complained about you? Then you will be upset! loss right? Today as a nation it has become our temperament that sometimes we blame the president, sometimes the prime minister, sometimes the young and sometimes the elder. Sometimes we blame the non-Muslims, sometimes we blame the Muslims! Sometimes we blame someone else. We are listening to this from the beginning. When we sit among four people, we speak like that! When we opened the newspaper, we read this! When we opened the magazine, we read this. When we watched the media, we saw this! Because the media is going to show us what we want to watch and see. If the newspaper does not have what we want to see, we shall stop buying the newspaper. I say a unique thing. But if you think about it from the depth of the heart as a Muslim, then you will say that I am saying the right thing.

Rise and Fall of Nations: This is a reality too. You should pick up the stories of rise and fall of nations that in history when the deed of accountability has begun from the self, Allah Almighty has given glory to those nations. And where the deed of accountability has not begun from the self, meaning that they have not held their selves stand in the court of accountability, rather they became judges and culprits all by themselves, whose fault was that? The nations that adopted self-accountability, in the eyes of Allah Almighty, their dignity, their value, their price and their glory. And the nations that abandoned selfaccountability, Allah Almighty imposed oppressive rulers over them. People of Allah! Pray that O Allah, do not hold us for our sins and do not impose such rulers upon us that do not even have a tiny piece of mercy in their hearts. Who do not have the emotion of welfare in their hearts? Those who are void of affection and respect. It has been observed that in our Tasbeeh khana there are people who like to serve. Their style of serving is altogether different. The ones that do not have true emotion to serve according to their selves, they serve to show off. It is apparent. An elephant has different ears for eating and different for showing. The one who has this emotion, Allah is watching him. Thus, he does not need any watchman. (Continued)

The Reward of Distributing Ubqari Magazine

Respected Hazrat Hakeem sahib, Assalam-o-alaikum! All praise be to Allah! I am reading Ubqari magazine for the past one year continuously. The prescriptions and recitations present in it have solved many of my problems. Often I used to hear the direction about distributing Ubqari magazine. Often a whim used to cross my mind that it is written for advertisement. Some time back a few problems badly engulfed me. I was quite upset. Ubqari magazine was lying in front. There was written in it, “plant a tree in heaven”. And in the end it was written in detail that whoever distributes Ubqari magazine, their problems are solved so that they are themselves dumbfounded. I don’t know what I thought. I stood up and went to the office of Ubqari and bought a few magazines and distributed them. Certainly with the people who distribute Ubqari magazine, the affair is weird. Allah Almighty really gives bliss, forgiveness and serenity. Really, by distributing the magazine some of my those affairs were resolved that I considered impossible. Allah Almighty opened the doors of sustenance from his invisible treasures. Undoubtedly, by reading the magazines that I distributed, people must have found solutions to their problems. And when their problems must have solved, Allah Almighty removed my difficulties too. Of a great personality

Hazrat Ans ‫ رضی ہللا عنہ‬narrates that when Holy Prophet Muhamamd ‫ ﷺ‬and Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddique ‫ رضی ہللا عنہ‬had taken refuge in the cave hira, Hazrat Abu Bakar Sidduqe ‫رضی ہللا عنہ‬ shared his apprehension with Holy Prophet Muhammad ‫ ﷺ‬of their footprints been seen and traced by Quraish. Holy Prophet Muhammad ‫ ﷺ‬encouraged, Abu Bakar! What do you think of the two with whom Almighty Allah is the third.” (Bukhari, Al Sahih, 1337:3, Raqam: 3453)

Hazrat Abu Darda ‫ رضی ہللاعنہ‬narrates that once he was sitting with Holy Prophet Muhamamd ‫ﷺ‬ when Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddique ‫ رضی ہللاعنہ‬came holding one corner of his cloth in the manner that one of his knees got exposed. Holy Prophet Muhammad ‫ ﷺ‬said, “He has quarrelled with someone.” Hazrat Abu Bakar ‫ ر ہللا عنہ‬after greetings told Holy Prophet Muhammad ‫ ﷺ‬that he had and argument with Hazrat Umar Bin Khitab ‫ رضی ہللاعنہ‬and happened to pass a remark that he should not. Following that he had asked Hazrat Umar ‫ رضی ہللاعنہ‬to forgive him but he was refused forgiveness. He had then come to the court of Holy Prophet Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬. Holy Prophet Muhammad ‫ ﷺ‬said, “O Abu Bakar ‫ !رضی ہللا عنہ‬May Almighty Allah forgive you!” Holy Prophet Muhammad ‫ ﷺ‬repeated this thrice. After hearing about the prayer of Holy Prophet Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬ in favour of Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddique ‫رضی ہللاعنہ‬, Hazrat Umar ‫ رضی ہللاعنہ‬felt sorry and went to the home of Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddique ‫ رضی ہللاعنہ‬to ask for the forgiveness instead. Upon not finding him, he enquired his whereabouts. He then went to the court of Holy Prophet Muhammad ‫ ﷺ‬and paid salutations. Seeing him, expressions of Holy Prophet Muhammad ‫ ﷺ‬changed. To this, Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddique ‫ رضی ہللاعنہ‬knelt down and begged Holy Prophet Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬, “O Holy Prophet! By God! It was I who transgressed!” he repeated this. Holy Prophet Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬ said, “When I was appointed Prophet towards you, all refuted me but Abu Bakar approved me and helped me with his self and wealth. He then asked Hazrat Umar ‫ رضی ہللاعنہ‬twice, “Will you not forgive my such companion for my sake?” After this incident, no body hurt Hazrat Abu Bakar ‫ر ہللا عنہ‬. (1, Bukhari, Al Sahih, 1339:3, Kitab ul Manaqib, Raqam, 3461)

Hazrat Ans Bin Malik ‫ رضی ہللاعنہ‬narrates that during Holy Prophet Muhammad’s ‫ ﷺ‬gathering with Ansar and the migrants no one but Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddique ‫ رضی ہللاعنہ‬and Hazrat Umar ‫ رضی ہللاعنہ‬would see towards the face of Holy Prophet Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬. They would smile seeing the Holy Prophet; Holy Prophet would reciprocate.

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar ‫ رضی ہللاعنہ‬narrates that once Hazrat Abu Bakar ‫رضی ہللاعنہ‬was sitting with Holy Prophet Muhamamd ‫ ﷺ‬with his Ibba; a garment that is open from the front and is worn over clothes, was open from front and pinned with Khilal; a wood used to drill holes. Meanwhile Hazrat Gabrail ‫علیہ اسالم‬descended and was surprised to see Hazrat Abu Bakar ‫ رضی ہللاعنہ‬in such attire. Holy Prophet Muhammad ‫ ﷺ‬explained that, “O Gabrail, Abu Bakar has spent all his wealth on me.” Hazrat Gabrail ‫علیہ اسالم‬told Holy Prophet ‫ ﷺ‬that Almighty Allah has sent blessings on you and has asked you to enquire from Hazrat Abu Bakar ‫ رضی ہللاعنہ‬if he is satisfied and happy with his Lord. Holy Prophet told Hazrat Abu Bakar ‫ رضی ہللا عنہ‬that Almighty Allah has sent blessings on him and has enquired if Abu Bakar ‫ر ہللا عنہ‬ is happy with Him in such state of poverty. Hazrat Abu Bakar ‫رضی ہللا عنہ‬ Humbly wondered “How come a servant be unhappy with his Lord! I am more than happy with my Lord in every state.” (Ibn Jozi, Siffat Ul Siffat, 250:1)

Guaranteed spiritual practice for getting job

Respected Hazrat Hakeem Sahib, Asalam Alaikum! You and your team deserve appreciation for publishing such a great magazine every month. This magazine is blessing people happiness by resolving their problems. Ubqari has taught me how to pray Almighty Allah. Our many problems have been resolved by the virtue of spiritual practices published in this magazine. I would share details of those problems in following letters. I am sharing a time-tested spiritual practice I was told by a pious man for the benefit of the readers for getting job. Reciting ‫فتاح‬ ‫یا‬for hundred times with Darood Shareef recited thrice in the beginning and at end after any prayer, for sure, would find one a good job. Anyone can perform this spiritual practice. This be performed for forty days without any break. Stop reciting if one gets job before forty days, continue for forty days otherwise. (Jamshed Hayat, Kotay Wali Attock)

Respected Hazrat Hakeem Sahib Asslam o Alikum by the grace of God, I am a reader of Ubqari magazine since year 2011 . I used to wait for it, from the start of month. I like the magazine a lot. I used to read with full devotion and fondness. Whatever I used to read I try my best to follow it. I come in seminars and used to get peace. Whatever Wazaif I used to recite myself and tell to others. I got a lot of benefits out of it. Now I am going to tell Ubqari readers a spiritual gimmick and my personal experience.

doctor. Child was getting weak with every passing day. Eyes were completely white, nails were white, it seemed as if there is not a drop of blood in his entire body. He had a complete bonny structure. Whoever told us about any place, we took him there. But we only got disappointment. We got Dum from a lot of places. We hung a lot of amulets in neck but did not get health. Whenever we took him to a heart specialist, he said that there will be surgery. I used to get scared just by the name of surgery; I did not want to get operation done. I cried a lot. I used to sit on the prayer cloth throughout the night and cry and prayed to God that O God please save my kid. I got disappointment from every door. But YOUR door is the only place where there e is no disappointment or dissatisfaction. Undoubtedly you shall give health to my child. In those days one of my friends gave me a book of wazaif . I read a wazifa and started to follow it in morning and evening. Wazifa is like this:

Recite in start and end 11 times Drood Shareef ()11 ،10 ‫النجم‬ ( ‫الفؤاد ما رای‬ ‫بدہ ما اوحی –ما کذب‬ ‫فاوحی الی ع‬ ) 11000 times. This can be read in one sitting with a few members of family or may be one person. After completion of Wazifa you should recite on half kilogram of pure honey. And then this honey should be given to patient in morning and evening and night. Calculate the amount of food every day according to the age of patient. Young child should be given with help of a finger. Children above age of 10 should be given 3 times in amount of small table spoon. The duration of treatment is 6 months. Give the treatment and do remember in prayers. When honey used to finish then I recited again. I used to sit after Isha prayer and while reciting it used to be time of Fajar prayer in morning. Rabi ul Sani – Earning thousand virtues and shedding thousand sins

Rabi ul Sani, also known as, Rabi ul Akhir is the fourth month of Islamic calendar year. Following are the nawafil pious people would offer in this month.

First night: It has been told by pious people that offering eight rakah nafil prayer after obligatory prayer of Maghrib in first night of this month carries much spiritual reward. The two rakah nafil prayer be offered such that Surah Al Kauthar be recited three times after Surah Al Fatiha in first rakah and Surah Al Kafiroon be recited three times after Surah Al Fatiha in second rakah. In rest of the rakahs, Surah Ikhlas be recited three times after Surah Al Fatiha. Four Rakah Nafil Prayer: It is in the book titled Jawahir Ghaibi that offering four rakah nafil prayer in first, fortnight and twenty-ninth night of this month in the manner that Surah Ikhlas is recited five times after Surah Al Fatiha carries much spiritual reward. Thousand virtues are awarded to and thousand sins are waived for the one who offers this nafil prayer.

To die as believer: One reciting the following verse daily after Isha prayer for 1111 times for the whole ٰ ‫(فاطر ال‬Surah month would die as believer. ‫فنی مسلما والحقنیبالصلحین۔‬ ‫سموت واالرض انت ولیفی الدنیا واالخرہتو‬ Al Yousaf: 101)

Translation: O my Lord! Thou hast given me (something) of sovereignty and hast taught me (something) of the interpretation of events - Creator of the heavens and the earth! Thou art my Protecting Guardian in the world and the Hereafter. Make me to die Muslim (unto Thee) and join me to the righteous.

Prayer that incurs blessing: Reciting Darood Shareef in the holy month of Rabi ul Sani incurs spiritual reward.

It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn e Abbas ‫ رضی ہللا عنہ‬that once Hazrat Israfeel came to the Holy ٰ ‫س‬ Prophet Muhamamd ‫ ﷺ‬and asked to recite, ‫بحن ہللا والحمدہلل وال الہ اال ہللا وہللا اکبر وال حول والقوۃ االباہلل‬ ‫ العلی العظیم عدد ما علم ہللا ومثل ما علم ہللا۔‬One reciting it once would be like those who remain worshipping Almighty Allah all their lifetime. This prayer would become a reason for him to enter Jannah. This would also shed his sins as in autumn, leaves get shed from trees. He would remain safe from hell fire. It has been narrated in a Hadith that spiritual reward for the recitation of these words would remain forever even in the life hereafter.

Place a glass of water in front of you and recite the names of Almighty Allah with the imagination that pale yellow light from sky is being drizzled at your heart and your heart is receiving peace and your problems are getting solved. After the time for spiritual gathering is over, pray for Muslim Ummah; for entire Muslim world and for non-Muslims to convert to Islam. Pray for peace in the world, for yourself and for your relatives. Pray with utter confidence. Allah Almighty answers prayers. After praying, blow water thrice and drink the water. Blown water may also be offered to family members. After every gathering, give eleven rupees as alms.

Note: If time for obligatory prayer comes during the spiritual gathering, do offer obligatory prayer and after having offered prayer, recite names of Allah Almighty compensating for the time which was consumed in offering prayer. It is generally permitted to practice this on same time, everyday. This practice can be made part of routine worship. Recitation for every month is different and performed at different times. Impossible wishes of many people have come true. People whom dreams were realized and problems solved wrote us letters. Do write us after you get your desire materialized.

Some children take more time than physical age to sit and walk. If a child is 2 or 3 years and unable to walk for that our this process is very authentic and successfully experienced. Never do mistakes even if we adopt it the abnormal child, he also started to walk within 03 months. It was such a child who has lost his mental balance and even unable to stand with the support of bed or anything. His mental condition and power of speech could not be treated but in 03 to 04 months. Mix this water in his milk and and other meals as well and keep repeating action until your child start speaking.

If a Marriage has passed away for a reasonable time and have no chance of Pregnancy. If the concerned female does this process in the morning and evening on daily basis, InshAllah will soon be pregnant. This process is authentic and frequently tested. Read Darood Shareef 11 times before and after. Read the following verses of Suara Al-Hashar. “‫کیم‬ ‫عزیزالح‬ ‫سنییسبحلہ مافیالسموات و االرض وھوال‬ ‫لخلقالبارالمصور لہ االسماءالح‬ ‫ ہللا ا‬.”

I read it and after reading I kept it aside. And then I became busy in my previous life of sin. He deceived me I felt sorry for myself for a few days. Then I became busy in new friendship. I am respect of a very pious family. I always used to think that some rich boy will become a victim of my love and will change my life. I will roam in cars. I will have a big house. I will go to the house of my poor relatives with full tantrums. My poor relatives when they will come to my house then after looking at my house , standards, jewelry and furniture and will bite their nails.

Now they are tense about my marriage and they say that who will get married with the daughter of a person who drives a hand cart. everything used to be shattered. No doubt God gives relaxation to his created beings and I had been given relaxation. God al mighty sent a guide in the form of Ubqari but I did no pay heed to it. if I would have opened the magazine of Ubqari or opened the website of Ubqari and listened to seminars of sheikh al Wazaif then today I would have not shivering and fighting with tears while writing it all. Then I met another boy and I used to only talk with him all day over the phone. But he persisted that meat me outside however I did not accept it so as revenge he disrespected me in whole neighborhood. He told self-made stories of me meeting her which were of cheap nature to every other person in neighborhood. I could not do anything. He made a lot of racketing in the whole neighborhood then there was a silence everywhere after a few days. So much so that none of my brothers or sister or parents talked about it.

This is the God’s full blessings upon me that every time I was convinced for grave sin, I was requested but my God saved me from it. When I refused to do it, then I was given bad prayers but even then I was saved from God. I started to read all the previous Ubqari magazine and as I started to read it and then I started to get p[peace. I realized that in spite of all my sins my God has saved from such a big disrespect, devastation and ruining. That night I cried a lot I asked for forgiveness from my God. It is all due to Ubqari magazine Today it is same me whose none of days were passed without hiding from house folks and talking with rich boys on social media while hiding from them. Also I used to get mobile balances from them. But now I have changed, my life has changed. Today all my face book accounts have been closed. All my pictures have been deleted. Now I don’t have bank account anywhere on social media of any type. Now it has been six months, no unrelated person has even heard my voice. It’s been six months I have not even stepped out of house, if I need anything I request my mother. And she brings it. Even if it’s my shoe she takes the old one and brings a new one according to her own will. My clothes are brought by my sister when she goes along my mother. After watching me, read Ubqari magazine, my love and affection with it after seeing it my neighbor woman makes fun of me. She says Ubqari is nothing. This is an empty box and its Wazaif are useless. But I don’t take these things to my heart. I know what Ubqari is. It has taken me out of dirt and cleared me. No doubt righteous is given by God. Not everybody gets it. I am lucky that I got Ubqari. I wish only I if I would have found Ubqari magazine to me a sinner. Then my life would not have been ruined so much. But I am happy that I got it before complete ruining. Now I sit and think that even I would not have found Ubqari then where would I have been? In the ancient times, far away from the city, there came flood in a village. Thousands of people were drowned in the water. Hundreds of people survived from being drowned but they were left with nothing to eat. There was a poor farmer in the village. He had friendship with a goldsmith. The farmer searched for the goldsmith and found out that luckily his house and family were both secured. When the farmer, along with his wife went to his goldsmith friend, he also shared his problem with him saying, “Brother! Though my house is secure but my shop and all the gold and jewels are destroyed in the flood.” “What should we do then?” the farmer asked the goldsmith. “I think we should move to the city, there we will surely get some job or labor”, said the goldsmith. “The way is too long and we don’t have any vehicle,” farmer expressed his views. The farmer was encouraged by goldsmith’s ideas. He said, “Ok, we will leave from here by tomorrow morning.” The goldsmith advised, “Our family will stay back here, my brother is about to reach here from neighboring village with food, so don’t worry about them.” They took along some essentials and headed to the city. While traveling, their food was finished. The goldsmith got fever and he was unable to walk due to weakness. The farmer made him lay in a shelter between the trees and dragged himself to find some wild fruits to eat. After a while, he saw a lion that was crying with pain. The farmer started shivering with fear upon seeing the lion but it could not even get up. Rather it said to the farmer, “I will not do any harm to you. Please help me and Allah will do good to you.” The farmer got even more scared when he saw the lion talking like humans. The lion said, “O brother! Don’t be afraid of me, I prayed to Allah to bless me with the ability to talk for some time. Brother! A big sharp thorn has pierced into my rare leg. I’m dying with pain, please save my life by taking out the thorn; else some hunter will reach here and capture me due to my weakness. I promise that I will not harm you at all, how can one harm his benefactor, this is a trait in humans.” The farmer gathered courage, moved forward and took out the thorn pierced deep inside the lion’s leg. He cleaned the wound and bandaged it with his handkerchief. Thanking him, the lion said, “O pious man! What should I give you in return of your virtue?” The farmer said to the lion, “Brother! My companion is ill out there in the woods at some distance. I will be grateful if you first tell about some wild fruits to eat.” The lion said, “I will show you the plant of a rare herb, whatever the disease may be, grind its leaves and give it to the patient, in sha Allah he will recover within a day or two. We animals also look for this herb whenever we fall ill.” After some distance, the lion pointed to some small plants with its paw and said, “This is the plant that gives cure from every disease with Allah’s command.” The poor man hurriedly plucked a few plants and put them in his luggage. The lion advised, “Crush this herb with a stone and give to your friend with water, in sha Allah he will get well soon.” Thanking the lion, the farmer said, “O kind lion! Thank you very much, let me go now, my friend would be waiting for me.” the lion said, “Quite some time ago, a prince along with his companions came to the jungle for hunting. But suddenly a tiger and a bear attacked them. A few of them ran away but the prince and his one companion got killed. The prince was wearing pearls and diamond necklaces. I took these necklaces and hid them in a corner of my cave. Take these along with you and give them to the king.” After giving those necklaces to the farmer, the lion said, “You may leave, God bless you, always be good and keep doing good.” The farmer left the lion and reached back to his friend. He crushed the herb and gave it to the goldsmith. Shortly, the goldsmith recovered from his fever and became healthy. When the farmer told him everything that happened and showed him the precious jewels of prince, the goldsmith became angry. He started thinking about the ideas of stealing the jewels. As they had got enough food reserves so they headed again towards the city. Upon reaching the city, they stayed in a nearby inn. The goldsmith had greed in his heart, so he stole the jewels as soon as he got a chance and ran back to his home. In the city, the queen had become so ill due to the grief of her son that she was near to die. The king had announced that who so ever treated the queen would be awarded with half of the kingdom. The farmer reached the king’s palace and told the purpose of his visit to the soldiers. They took him to the king. Looking at him from head to toe, the king said, “You don’t look like a physician then how would you treat her?” The farmer said, “Just take me to the queen, in sha Allah she will recover right after the first dose.” “Ok! I heard this account from my father and many other people also verified it. The days when Field Marshal Ayyub Khan was the President of Pakistan and Raza Shah Pehalvi was in power as the King of Iran, there used to be a landlord in Hasil Pur named as S.M. He was a transporter and possessed a wide urban property. He also drove his personal bus. One day a widow was standing on the road side along with her six years old orphan son. The transporter got angry and hit the innocent child; he intentionally crushed the boy by moving the bus back and forth. The widow kept on begging him for mercy but he didn’t listen to her. The transporter was proud of his wealth and had political influence as well. People raised their voices against his heinous act. S. M. was arrested in the murder case of the child and put behind the bar. The court sentenced him to death. High court and Supreme Court maintained the decision. He was so resourceful that even the King of Iran recommended for his pardon but it was not accepted and the tyrant had to face the death snare. If his access was the King of Iran, the call of the oppressed accessed the Divine Throne. Many of the people confirmed that when the landlord met his relatives during his arrest, he used to say that their efforts could not save him from being punished. Whenever he slept, the innocent child whom he crushed intentionally would sit on his chest and he felt as if the child would kill him. Either it be the consequence of oppression or is it the retribution of one’s act? We must trust that the widow and an orphan who cannot approach the worldly rulers, Allah and His Prophet (‫ )ﷺ‬help them themselves.

Similarly, there is another account that took place in the area of Fort Bijnot, Cholistan. A person from a noble tribe married a pious woman; he had a son from her. During the same time, he married another lady and had a son from her too. He possessed more than twelve acres of agricultural land, almost two hundred sheep and twenty to thirty buffaloes. He always treated his first wife very badly. He didn’t divorce her after the birth of her son, neither he fulfilled her needs nor gave her matrimonial rights. She, along with her son was forced to live with her parents. Due to her sincerity and hard work, her son (who had been deprived of his inheritance) possesses some agricultural land, almost seventy to sixty goats and five to six cows. who despite having wealth, cattle and agricultural land always begged for food. He died in distress in the desert. His family kept searching for him for fifteen to twenty days. At last they came to know that people found an unknown dead body and arranged his burial with charity money. Later on, the son (from his second wife) he considered to be his heir, became drug addict. He has sold all his agricultural land and livestock. The condition of his personal house is also very bad. Now he is grazing someone else’s cattle on labor. Wrong decision of inheritance couldn’t benefit the son as well. And the other son, his step-brother and mother, who were kept deprived of everything, are living a peaceful and content life. Surely the curses of the widow and the orphan would be chasing after…Astaghfirullah (‫غفرہللا‬ ‫)است‬

The consequence of bad company: In the city of Naushera-New, District Bahawalpur a person called “K” and his sons were indulged in cattle theft and robbery. Sometimes, during the occurrence, the owners of the cattle were also deprived of their lives. When the affected party got clues and reached near their village, the local landlords interfered and the affected person had to pay something for getting back his cattle and some were left crying only. At a distance of a few kilometers, some people from another tribe also made it difficult to live for the noble people due to their negative characters. Neither their lives, nor their wealth and dignity were safe. The sigh of the oppressed would have reached the heavens, and those who had been tormenting the common people were trapped. The person called “K” had a quarrel with his neighbors which dragged them up to the trial court. “K” invited the other family, with whom the only thing they had in common was committing thefts and robberies. He told them to come armed so that his neighbors are held in awe. Alcohol was also served along with dinner. Everyone was badly drunk, during this, a man called “S” started firing in the air with his pistol. He didn’t stop despite being asked. Finally, the host “K”, who was sitting right in front got fired and died at the spot. Later on, “K’s” relatives caught “S” and beat him a lot. He also died while police was taking him to the hospital. This is how the criminals reached their dreadful ending, which had been creating troubles for the humanity throughout their lives. My grandfather obeyed her ordered and went to village near Daska before sialkot called gillan chak and settled there. Allah blessed my grandfather with six sons and a daughter. When the sons grew old they fell into bad company. One night one of sons heard a noise, it was coming from the middle of the house. There was a couple snake sitting on the rooftop. My uncle and his friends got up and without asking anyone shot the snake dead on roof top, the other snake ran away. After that the household started experiencing destruction. The friend who shot the snake in his stomach died the very next week due to a tractor passing over his stomach. Four deaths occurred in my grandfather’s household in a short span of time. Three young and a small kid died. Three were left; to this day they haven’t got rid of destruction and restlessness from their house. We have no idea how many generations will suffer. My mother has gone back to gillan chak and is buying a house there. My father is staying with me, my brother and his wife took their share from him and left him. The entire house shattered. If my uncle would have consulted someone wise in the house before shooting the snake the things would have been different. The next incident is about my father in law who is very patient. He is five brothers and a sister. The youngest brother took hold of the ancestral home. The matter was taken into court, there were numerous hearing. My husband’s grandfather and my husband’s uncle was saint like. They lived in sanda, Lahore. The younger brother accused his father of false will. And later we got to know through dreams that it was wrong, that his father has given all his property to his younger son because he took care of him. There is only one root which is round and is either red or white. It is slightly rough and meaty but very juicy. It is 10 to 20 cm long and 3 to 7 cm thick. It increases appetite and promotes blood circulation. There are many types of radishes which differ in size and colour. Red or white is more popular. Initially it is very soft and delicate but after it has ripened it becomes hard. To reap all the benefits of radish it should be eaten raw. All its minerals are lost upon cooking. Leaves of radish are eaten as a salad or cooked as well. A leaf of the radish contains calcium, phosphorous, vitamin c and proteins in a greater quantity. Health and natural benefits: leaves of radish helps sort out urinary problems, scurvy and is laxative. Root of the radish also helps in combating scurvy and treats it. The seed of the radish eliminates phlegm. Produces urine and is laxative. Treatment of haemorrhoids: juice of the radish and fresh root is an excellent treatment of haemorrhoids. Approximately 60 to 90 ml of its juice should be consumed morning and night. Irregularity in urine: juice of the radish is very beneficial for urinary tract pain. 60 to 90 ml of the juice should be consumed according to the problem. It can be consumed number of times throughout the day. Drinking one cup of the juice of radish leaves for 15 days helps in gallstones in bladder and inflammation. Chest pain: Use fresh juice of radish one teaspoon, honey and salt in equal quantities for sore throat, whooping cough, bronchitis and many other diseases of chest. It is very beneficial for these. Use this concoction three times daily.

Hepatitis: the green leaves of radish are beneficial for hepatitis C. Crush the leaves and squeeze the juice out of these in a cloth. To get rid of the bitterness you can add sugar in it. Adults can consume half kg of this juice daily and it’ll be very beneficial. It increases appetite and helps in excretion combating the disease.

Eliminating vitiligo: the paste of the seeds of the radish is very good for it. Take 35 gm of the seeds and add vinegar to it and the paste is ready to use. Use the paste on white spots of leukoderma. For better results when you are grinding the seeds add a pinch of arsenic in it and soak them in vinegar overnight. After two hours leaves will emerge. Apply them onto the white marks on the body. Note: for external use only.

Other skin diseases: radish leaves have cleaning power and emulsion of radish seeds (made with water) when put on face get rids of black moles and pigmentation. Infact it is used to kill ring worms.

This circle keeps on spreading. In this disease there published one remedy in the monthly Ubqari magazine. ‫ھوالشافی‬: tamah, black seeds, tukham sars and acacia gum, I added gum kitra in this remedy; I made the ringworm patient to use it, also applied honey on the worm. Ringworm was cured and did not return. I also used your medicine for flu and rheum. Patients used 2 to 3 big capsules filled with this medicine in the morning and evening, flu and rheum was cured, this medicine also brings amasak due to tukham sars as it is dry and cool. Remedy to cure the chest sound in winter: if you have the chest sound and not getting cure by any medicine. For hot tempered people 10 grams black seeds, garlic one peace burn them in 100 grams mustard oil. Give one tea spoon in the morning and evening. It will cure them. Use this remedy for 2 to 3 days. pot when it turns into butter save it into a small container once it’s on normal temperature. Apply it on your heels at night and wash it in the morning. In two or three days the heels will be cured. (2) In winter we cook bitter khichri, for this use one kg rice with one ¼ kg fenugreek. Dip the fenugreek into water at night, in the morning when the water is boiling put sweet oil in it almost ¼ kg. Complete salt and water in it. Add rice in it and wait for it to get steam. When you start to eat the rice add desi butter in it. The more butter you use the better. It is useful for knees pain, joint pain and for other kind of pains and to clean the blood. Eat for eight to ten days, eat this for your breakfast. Almond syrup: we make almond syrup which is a very nice drink as compared to other soda water bottles in the market. ¼ kg of almonds and one chtank cardamom, dip the almonds into warm water, after sometime the almonds will be softened and the cover will be removed. Grind the almonds on a sil, grind them very thin, also grind cardamom. After that put these almond in a cloth and in 2 ½ liter water, when the white fluid is extracted for the almonds than start to boil the water with 2 ½ kg of sugar. After one boil take it down, once it cools fill the bottles with it. If you add the silver paper in sugar and grind it and add in the syrup it will be more beneficial. Olives are found in plants and flowers which have been mentioned in the Holy Quran especially by Allah Almighty. Olives and its oil have been mentioned six times in the Quran. Allah Almighty has praised it in beautiful words. At one instance, it has also been called the oil of Mubarak tree and at another instance it has been used to swear upon. The Prophet (‫ )ﷺ‬has encouraged the use of olive oil on many occasions. Once the Prophet (‫ )ﷺ‬said: 'Eat the fruit of olive tree and plant this tree because as it provides relief from 70 illnesses'. Another saying of his is: ' Whoever massages himself/herself with olive oil, he/she will never be approached by satan. Nowadays, without scientific proof people do not believe in things. Scientists have researched on olives and their results have not only proven the incredible benefits of olives and its oil but also brought forth other amazing discoveries which have made scientists focus on their usage in older times and its advantages stated in the Quran to find more facts. Come; let us observe the facts made according to science and in their light figure out our own thoughts about olives and its oil. Recently a research about olives led to the discovery that they provide prevention from colon cancer. A report was drawn about the habits and ways of eating in Britain and 82 other countries. On the basis of this report it was said that olive oil increases the efficiency of the renewal of the surface lining of the intestine. According to scientists, people whose diet consists of mainly meat suffer from slow repair of intestinal surface lining. According to an analysis in Oxford University, olive oil reduces the production of cholic acid and increases the production of the surface lining of the intestine. Other people who use olive oil to cook food have decreased chances of getting cancer. The scientists at Barcelona University tested olive oil on mice and learned that the mice fed olive oil had 50 percent less chance of getting cancer than those that were not fed the oil. Drinking olive oil reduces the amount of intestinal and stomach problems as per the experts. Olive oil scraps the concretion accumulated in the kidneys to create urine, prevents physical weakness and also has the ability to cure throat problems. Similarly, the water of the olive leaves is a cure for red pimples and itchy areas. In this day and age, olives have already been recognized for their many benefits and have been declared to help cure several kinds of diseases. One thought is that the vitamin E, vitamin K and polyphenol found in olives create a protected environment which slows down the process of aging and improves immunity. Olive oil also helps in reducing narrowing of veins. Experts claim that olive oil affects the metabolism which is responsible for aging by slowing it down. Experts have also stated that vitamin D found in olive oil prevents skin and bones from experiencing the effects of old age. Famous Muslim Scientist, Ibn-e-Seena has been known to have said that cooking olive oil and thickening it to match the consistency of honey and using it regularly on your hair can reduce hair fall and prevent them from whitening quickly. Mix same amount of olive oil and gull oil and apply it on hair. Messaging your body with olive oil eases pain and kills germs.

Mix all these things together and cook them at low heat for 15 minutes. After this strain the oil and use it on your hair daily which will ultimately increase hair growth.

Ism-e Azam Draise

The Isme-e-Azam’s Spiritual Damm has been proven to defeat the power of all kinds of magic, year after year: Respected Hazrat Hakeem Sahab, Aslam-o-alaikum! Since you began holding this Damm, I have been trying to participate in each one of them. It is by the blessing of Allah Almighty that I am able to attend it. As the name suggests that this is the Isme-e-Azam’s Damm, truly it is my observation that this is indeed Isme-e-Azam’s Damm. The first thing I noticed with my own eyes was true desire; whatever intention you have or however many intentions you may have and whatever feelings you have when you undergo the Damm, according to them Allah Almighty grants your wishes. I do not have a lot of wazaif and neither do I worship a lot. This is my incompetency but with the help of this Damm the impossible turned into the possible and I witnessed this myself. I am trying so that Allah Almighty may make my yearning true. With this Damm, I experienced spiritual and physical relief, hurdles, satanic or magical influences are all treated with this Damm. Year after year, the spells, black world, jealousy and for a few people, their spiritual practices were broken in such a way that it boggles the mind; Alhamdulilah, all of this was erased with the Damm. There the soul received purification and strength against corruption. Peace was found at home. Work is going well and several new ways of gaining income have been located. Alhamdulilah! During the Isme-e-Azam’s Damm, I also have the wish that Allah Almighty provides me and my future generations with blessing, comfort and ease filled subsistence. 23 December 2019 on Sunday morning from 5 am onwards there will a dua and then Ism-eAzam's Spiritual Damm in the Tasbeeh Khana in Lahore. After the damm the Halqa-e-Kashful Mahjoob and Muraqba will take place after the Maghrib prayer also in the Tasbeeh Khana in Lahore.

Children, elders, youngsters and women can all take part in the Ism-e-Azam's Spiritual Damm in the Tasbeeh Khana. There is no need to get an appointment. Anyone can come at any time within the time that has been allocated for the damm. You must take part in at least 7 or 14 or 21 damms. If you make this a permanent habit than you will be 100 percent free from every difficulty, worry, illness, domestic problem, work problems etc.

Special change important note: There used to be the Halqa-e-Kashful Mahjoob and Muraqba after the Maghrib prayer at first but now it will happen immediately after the Ism-e-Azam's Spiritual Damm in the morning so that out of towners can safely go home on time.

Respect Hakim sahab, Asalamo Alikum! May Allah give you progress in leaps and bounds. Ameen. I am very fond of reading Ubqari magazine. The events mentioned are very informative and amusing. I have been thinking a write a few pages for Ubqari magazine and in this context, I intend to contribute an incident. Dear readers we are dealing to iron and from ages this profession has been our breadwinner. The event I am quoting is prior of creation of Pakistan. My forefathers are the eyewitness to this event. The details are that there was goldsmith in our family. He was a very pious person and follower of Allah directions. His name was Muhammad Qasim. One day he was sitting in his shop. On his shop a Hindu girl came to get her saw repaired. The Hindu girl asked Mr. Qasim to repair her saw. Muhammad Qasim unknowingly started to stare at the Hindu girl. The Hindu girl got annoyed on this activity and she threw the saw there and came back to her home. She complained about the misbehaviour of Qasim and narrated the incident. On this the Hindus got irritated and they came at Qasim’s shop and enquired from about the whole incident. They were in mob and wanted to teach Qasim a lesson on this shameful act. They were very furious and wanted to know why this incident has taken place. The mobs were in full mood to be severe on Qasim. They asked Qasim to review his behaviour and get ready to face the consequences. They narrated how the girl was treated by him and why the saw was not repaired. The mob insisted on dire consequences.

Muhammad Qasim was sitting in his own mood. He explained that he has not looked at the girl with any bad intention. I just upon seeing the girl thought that if this human being is so beautiful then Allah must be very beautiful. If you have any doubt upon my thinking then after getting the saw hot, I will put it into my eyes. If I am wrong then my eyes will burn and if it is otherwise then my eyes will be brighter than before. The mob looked at each other and accepted the proposal that if your eyes will burn, we will kill you and if it is brighter than before then we will leave. The village people were surprised on this scene and they considered that Qasim has accepted the offer without any logic. The saw was thrown to get it hot and when it became hot then Qasim put it into his eyes. Everybody standing in this crowd was astonished to see that Qasim eyes were even brighter. All Muslims chanted slogans “Allah Akbar - Allah Akbar” and Hindus threw away their weapons and stood in shame. They became Muslims. This incident is very old and a lot of time has passed. The generation of these people still living in our locality. The grave of Qasim goldsmith is still in one of the mosques of our area and equipment used by him are lying an Alimrah at this grave.

Fakir and Fakery dress

Kashif e mustub is taught by Hakim Sahib on periodical basis and below incident is taken from one of this dars. Today we are going to read a lesson which has been taught by Ali Hajvery ‫ رح ہللاعلیہ‬in the book Kash mustub the gist of which is “the wardrobe of any fakir is not material thing instead it is based on the Allah directions. The dress which a fakir wears is not a matter of concern his submission to Allah is the main objective. When the Allah directions are clear to the fakir then whatever dress he wears becomes the fakery dress. The true spirit is love of His messenger ‫ ﷺ‬then the dress worn by the fakir in whatever form it is will become fakery dress. There were many companions who used to wear expensive dress and they didn’t wear down trodden dress ever in their lives. Shah Abdul Qadir Jillani ‫ رح ہللا علیہ‬changed his dress daily. Kh harara was a rich person. Fakery is not concerned with dress it is in the person and whatever his dress that becomes immaterial. Remember that fakir dress is not specified. It is in fact in the heart. Fakery dress is the dress of hazart Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬.

Pir Ali Hajervery ‫ رح ہللاعلیہ‬narrates that the true essence lies in this fact that we should be attached with the Allah and his messenger message fully and for that purpose what we do or wear becomes immaterial. He narrates that face or dress is not a matter of concern the dress of fakir is material. One person said that person is very learned and it is not with age it is Allah will that he bestows the Allah directions. Sukawat is in the heart not with material things. There are many fakirs who are not rich but rich at heart and many rich who are not rich at heart.

For disobedient Children: If a child has become disobedient then holy qualitative name “‫ ”یاشھید‬should be recited 319 times daily and do dum on this child, Insha Allah the child will become obedient.

Got blessings with Bones: Some time back, a person came to me and said that I do not waste bones after eating, throw them at a clean place and as I have a hotel so all the left over bones from the hotel are responsibility of a particular person, he throws at clean places and I take care of it myself that the bones are thrown at some place where the animals will eat them. I kept on doing it for some time, one night I was asleep and I saw a dream that someone knocked my door, when I opened the door, there was a very old Saintly person who had a lot of boxes, things, briefcase, box and bags as if had come from some other country, I asked him that who are you? He said, I want to live in your house and have brought these gifts, I asked that who are you? He said, I was hungry and you gave me the food in form of bones. Then he narrated a Hadith that for pious Jinnat Allah ‫سبحان وتعالی‬ provides food upon the bones, I kept on having the food given by you for some time, then I thought that I should repay the favour of your kindness, now I want to repay your favour. Therefore, I want to become a guard of your house. At times I will make you feel that I am living in your house, so please tell your family not to get upset or scared. I saw all this and my dream ended.

This is the result which I got: I was amazed that what was this dream, but I was sure that this was about the leftover bones of my house …… and actually I am doing the right thing by cleaning them and delivering them to the right place and this is the result which I got. I took my dream as a thought and forgot it, but within some time, strange changes started coming in my house, everyone started offering mandatory prayers, recitations and tasbih and such holy acts, illnesses ended, difficulties solved, worries went away, irritability in life ended, quarrels ended, affection and love between everyone, hatred ended, and such strange atmosphere that everyone in the house was talking sweetly and everyone was showing affection to the other, there was Barakat in money, wealth, Barakat in things, health, peace and harmony, we got it.

I daily cleaned it, and I conveyed rewards to the deceased soul of the shrine. When I was fifty years old one day I sat lonely and I became insensible and remained in this condition for few hours, the neighbors saw my condition and in February 2006 they married me to a barren and divorced woman. Of seeing fifty years of life Allah blessed me with wife; I felt after marriage that I wish I could get married in twenty or twenty five years old but it is alright I blessed with new life, new relatives, home cooked meal, respect and someone who said to me. I felt that I am the luckiest and richest man of the world; my wife was patient and thankful in all I earned. My wife was in very much grief of not being a mother, I brought a cat for her, did planting, my friend gave some Australian parrots in a cage, I and my wife cleaned the holy shrine, recited Quran and conveyed it to the deceased soul of shrine, feed the birds, loved the hens and spent our time. During this my elder brother who lived with us had a wound on his foot; it became gangrene, severe smell produced in it, it was difficult to go to the room where my brother was, but my wife daily cleaned the wound, gave meal and medicines to him on time, there were tears in his eyes and he prayed for my wife, my brother died in this disease in 2010. During this a loyal man gave money to start a business. I opened a tea hotel. Allah almighty blessed me with a son in 2011 when I was fifty five years old. I and my wife were so happy. A few days ago, I met Ameer Sahib of Aurangabad Mr. Moeen Bhai in Maharashtra. He has a key role in the success of Aurangabad Congregation. The person who is given age of fifty years in Islam by Allah, Allah does ease with him on the Day of Judgment. And the person who is blessed with sixty years of age, Allah gives him divine guidance to consult Allah. And the one who is blessed with seventy years of age gets love of earthly and divine creatures and the one who is blessed with eighty years of age, Allah removes his sins and writes his good deeds and one who is blessed with ninety years of age in Islam by Allah, Allah forgives his sins and he is the prisoner of Allah in earth and he will do intercession of his family.

The great scholars have stated this order to slap a child. Allah almighty created Hazrat Adam on His own physiognomy (Bukhari) the respect of face is the respect of Allah. The beauty of person is present in face. Face is the emblem beauty, when the face will be slapped its beauty will fade. The face represents humanity of a person, to slap on face is similar to end person’s humanity. AN INCANTATION TO GAIN EVERY VALID PURPOSE: A friend of mine Abdul Lateef Ghouri says that I fell in trouble in 1985. It was not the reign of mobile phones. Egg, meat, especially chicken and other spicy foods are an essential part of our diet. Especially, egg works as a catalyst for our hormonal growth. Similarly, the meat of male animals also accelerates this growth.

Allah Almighty created couple of all creatures for continuation and salvation of human race. There is difference between the style of walking of male and female. This difference is also visible in their physic, waste and face. The female voice pitch is lower than that of male counterpart. There face is also comparatively free from hair. The absence of hair from the female face makes them more attractive and beautiful but if unfortunately, hair grow on the face of female, it becomes very painful for them. These days the anxiety of women is growing day by day therefore the growth of hair on their face is also becoming very common. Historically we come to know about this disease that previously this type of problem rarely happens to female. It was more visible in the case of old women. However, these days, this disease is visible even in young females. Some of the reasons of this disease are:

1. Diet

In ancient times milk, yogurt and butter milk were considered more important in diet besides, grains like wheat, barley and grams which has multiple benefits along with vegetables and pulses. But in current times these foods are replaced with egg, meat, especially chicken meat and hot spices, these are stimulating foods. These have become an important part of diet today. THE CHOONA MUSSAFA METHOD The method to clean the calcium:

Take calcium as desirable. Take three times milk of goat more than calcium. When the goat milk gets dry stain it. Mix calcium and the goat milk. Stones will be left behind. Afterwards add three times goat milk again get it dried and stain it. Repeat this practice three times.

Cleaning of the calcium has many benefits. And the researchers of the medicines know this. However, take 10 grams calcium like this from the above said method. Afterward take the three medicines as per the weight given above grind them very well and mix them, now add lemon water lemon juice slowly and make its powder with grinder. It can be used when made it according to the nature of disease. Water should be added to this powder to make a paste. Avoiding the eyes, it can be applied on the roots of the hair and on hair. After one and a half hour wash the face with soap. Precaution:
