As we all know that our acts of virtue are a mean to acquire success in the hereafter but can these deeds also help us in prospering our lives too? Sure! This is absolutely possible in today’s turbulent world. There can never be any change in Allah’s Might and He is the same as He was in the era of the companions (RA) of Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) and the Auliya (friends) of Allah. In fact, we are bereft of the belief that the companions (RA) and Auliya (RA) of Allah had possessed to solve their problems i.e with the help of name of Allah. The basic aims of Ubqari are to realize the reality of spiritual knowledge, to cool down the heat of hatred without any bias, to provide a curing elixir to the troubled and ailing humanity and to flourish all the spiritual orders of Auliya (Naqshbandi, Chishti, Qadri, Suharwardi, Shaazli) in the whole world on the pattern of our noble ancestors. Taking shower is a part of our natural routine but if we do it in a spiritual way, its benefits would be enormous. e.g. if you are suffering from an incurable diseases or want to shun any bad habit, getting rid of anger, depression, upsets, domestic abuse, disobedient children or disharmony and lack of understanding among the spouses. You should take this shower yourself though you can take it on behalf of others too. You will certainly witness wonders. Method: First recite the last six Surahs of Quran with 3 x Durood both before and after ا ّٰ ا ْ ا ْ ا ِ ا ْ ْ ا ْ ا ا the recitation. Then recite the toilet prayer ‘ ِث ِ ث واْلبائ ِ ’’بِ ْس ِم ہللا ِ ‘‘ ’اللہم ِا ِِن ا عوذ ِبک ِم اْلبand enter the wash room with your left foot in. Then take shower according to Sunnah and continue repeating the same prayer in your heart (not with your tongue). Also contemplate that your undesirable habits or worries are being cleansed away from yourself and being flushed down the drain. Then after finishing the shower, exit with your right foot out and repeat the recitation of the above mentioned Surahs likewise.

Note Do not do the preceding recitation if you are in a state of impurity but you can make up the preceding recitation after having taken the shower.

Method: Recite durood shareef 3 times both before and after the recitation and then recite Surah Fateha and Surah Ikhlas 3 times. That completes one cycle. You have to complete 41 cycles a day. The number of cycles can also be increased. This routine should be continued for 41 to 91 days and has a power to wipe away all your worries and troubles.

Method: Recite the last four ayahs of Surah Mominoon (P:18) and Azan 7 times and then blow on the right shoulder followed by the left shoulder. This has to be done by the whole family. The recitation can be done even the patient is away. It should be repeated after every hour or so or after each prayer or at least twice a day. Can also be done with or without ablution although the ablution would enhance the effectiveness thousands time. Note: The women should not do the Afahasibtum recitation during their menses but can ask someone else to recite it on their behalf. However, they can do the Azan recitation.
