Prologue

ar

i.o

This universe is a secret. And innumerable secrets are hidden within this secret. This is a matter of blessing and the ability to bestow of Allah Almighty that His benevolence can unveil the curtains for which He may wish. Among our elders so many companions of Holy Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) and Saints have lived in the past that were incomparable as regards their enlightened conscience and insightfulness of the inner self. The renowned books of Hazrat Pir Ali Hajveri, Kashaf ul Asrar (Revelation of the Secrets) and Kashaf al Mahjoob (Revelation of the Veiled) are indeed efforts to divulge these secrets. He (‫ )رحمت ہللا علیہ‬said that I found this world a place for revealing Allah’s secrets. He said in his book Kashaf ul Asraar, ”I have so many beneficial suggestions and advice for the desirous people that if they bring them in their knowledge, they would become whiefs of all the spiritual masters.”

.u bq

Similarly Hazrat Allama Lahooti (‫ )دامت برکاتہم‬is also one of the great persons of that unseen and enigmatic world, who, by living in anonymity, is trying to help the anguished, aggrieve and perpetually hopeless people with the Quranic verses, authentic prayers and effective recitations, to achieve peace, calmness and to get rid of problems. He (‫ )دامت برکاتہم‬writes an essay named The Inborn Friend of Jinns. Episodes from this article are published every month in the monthly Ubqari magazine. In this he has disclosed a wonderful secret about an ancient mosque in the historical Lahore Fort, named Moti Masjid. These articles have been compiled in the form of the first volume of a book. May Allah grant me purity of intention in deeds.

The Deed of Moti Masjid

1.1 Deed of Moti Masjid is a Treasure of Many Benefits

.u bq

ar

The deed of Moti masjid is such a secret which has been granted to Allama Lahooti by chief of Jinns. This deed was adopted by thousands of aggrieved people and they got what they wanted. Those people who were surrounded by sorrows, griefs and hurdles got rid of such things. Those who were in the problems of magic and other hardships for years got redemption from those things. Rather the people who had evil spells themselves started suffering from similar problems. People who were in arrears paid their loans. People suffering from terminal illnesses, who had spent millions for restoration of their health, are spending their lives with reliving orated livelihood with the blessings of this deed. People whose lives were full of sins, rebellion and disobedience became friends of Allah. Dear Readers! Whoever has performed this deed of offering two nafils. The days and nights of his/her life have brightened. All of their wishes were fulfilled, impossible became possible, problems were solved, and dilapidated houses become are re-inhabited. I have not seen one or two but thousands of people got what they wanted. By offering two nafils once, twice or few times their dreams come true sooner or later but they got what they wanted.

w

1.2 Origins of the Deed of Moti masjid

w

w

Allah bestowed his special blessings on Allama Lahooti. He was brought up from the time of his birth, till now, under the custody of Jinns who were saints. He spends his days and nights in the company of Jinns. Jinns were eager for his arrival in the magical world of the royal fort for centuries. In this magical world of the royal fortress, the gate-keeper from Jinns whose age is 736 years met chief of Jinns - Sahabi Baba (he is known as Sahabi (1The urdu and arabic word sahaabi means companion in English.) Baba because he himself saw Prophet Muhammad (‫ )صلی ہللا علیہ وسلم‬and Allama Lahooti. In this meeting he disclosed amazing secrets. Listen to this story from Allama Lahooti (‫ )دامت برکاتہم‬himself.

1.3 Meeting With Jinn Gatekeeper

i.o

1.4 Beautiful Palace of That Magical World

rg

Keeper of the royal fort said, “My age is 736 years. My great grandfather told me on his deathbed about the arrival of one person. He told me about your name, your facial features and your whole appearance. We have been waiting for you for years. Now this is the time to tell you about that golden message of light which is waiting for you since centuries.” After having said this gatekeeper of the royal fortress kissed my hand and said to me with reverence, “Come with me I’ll show you one thing.” Then they took me inside a palace. I continuously kept on watching that beautiful and delicate palace.

ar

What was that palace? A marvelous world and a marvelous mechanism. I cannot state the beauty of that palace in my words. No one will believe me because they would not understand the reality of this place. The gatekeeper showed me each corner of the palace and there was one spot where, when we stepped in, another door opened and I could see another small palace inside which was made of white stone. It was something beyond imagination.

.u bq

1.5 White Palace Made of White Bricks

w

w

Everything in that palace was white, white curtains, white walls, white bed, and white carpets. It was a unique astonishing wonder of the universe. I was surprised. The secret of this palace is not known to the very great rulers of early times. Aurangzaib Aalamgeer used to stop here while coming from Delhi and used to sit here for a while. But even he didn’t know about the white palace. When I stepped forward, magical world of dwarf Jinns started. They welcomed me warmheartedly and they spread lavish serviette. Different types of foods were spread over them. That scene was amazing that reminded me of heaven. They roasted birds whose names I had not heard before. Sahabi baba confirmed that those were halal. There were plates and utensils made of Gold and silver, table spread made of velvet. Those who were serving food were dwarf Jinns and to whom it was served were also dwarf Jinns. I was the only human being there. I counted the dishes which were all 23.

w

1.6 Meeting With the Guest Jinn Jinn gatekeeper of the royal fort told me that one guest wanted to meet m. He was from the Jinn community. When I called him, I came to know that he was the same African Jinn who gave me a deed of Surah Fatiha on the occasion of his father’s death. The deed was to repeatedly recite the verse in every rakat. That was his special gift for me.

The gatekeeper told me that one of the saints of Delhi, Hafeez Barmi (‫ )رحمت ہللا علیہ‬used to live in a small cottage near the royal fort of Delhi. He was a person of wonders, and a meditative personality. He was a practitioner of this deed. Whenever a person engulfed with severe problems, troubles and sorrows came to him, he used to recommend this deed of Surah Fatiha to him/her. This can be done anywhere but Sheikh Barmi (‫ )رحمت ہللا علیہ‬used to say that the person should offer the prayers in any old built masjid in Lahore royal fort and then all his supplications will be answered, whereas women can do it at home.

i.o

The gatekeeper said, ”once I saw by myself that a person along with two old ladies, weeping and sobbing came from Delhi asking people to tell him about any masjid in this fort that was built in the era of Mughal empire. I felt sympathy towards him and I disguised myself in a human form and guided him towards Moti masjid and said to him that was the most ancient and oldest mosque in which if you perform the deed of surah Fatiha, you will be granted what you want. They kept crying and offering prayers then they went away. I felt curious to know what change this deed brought into their lives. After a few days, I visited them in their house in Delhi and saw that they were living a prosperous, peaceful and a happy life.”

ar

1.7 End of Blockages and Magic in the Moti Masjid

.u bq

The gatekeeper also added that whoever offers this deed in the royal fort, he will be answered; impossible becomes possible, problems will be solved, griefs will go away, and magic spells will come to an end and he will get rid of magic. Broken families will get the gift of love and affection. Jinn said “I have never seen anybody who did this deed and was never answered by Allah”. I asked why this deed is so effective in Moti Masjid? He replied that this practice is effective wherever it is conducted but in performing it in moti mosque it has a special effect. It is one hundred times more effective when performed there. The reason behind this is that there are dwarf jinns who frequently practice this prayer. They sprinkle fragrance on the person who is doing this deed and they share his sorrows and when the person repeats

‫َا ا ا ْ ُ ُ ا َا ا ا ا‬ ‫َا ا ا ْ ُ ُ ا َا ا ا ا‬ ‫ک ن ْست ِع ْی‬ ‫ اِّیک نعبد و اِّی‬They also repeat it with him with the same grief ‫ک ن ْست ِع ْی‬ ‫اِّیک نعبد و اِّی‬

and

ask Allah to grant him his wish. And indeed the person does not go away empty handed.

A Mysterious Story about Moti Masjid

i.o

2.1 Place of Prostration of Hazrat Ali Hajwari (‫ )رتمحاہللہیلع‬and his Wilayat

.u bq

ar

This time the ceremony was inside the Moti masjid and I felt there one thing that apart from human beings, Jinn frequently visit that masjid. I really felt one thing there that ever since I had disclosed the secret of this masjid not only human but jinns also visit it frequently. Even the jinns who lived in the mosque are also surprised that after the announcement and declaration of Allama Lahooti, jinns from all over the world in large numbers have frequently started visiting that mosque for worshiping. One Jinn (gatekeeper) of that masjid met a very old Jinn along with his old wife and his grandson and Granddaughters; the huge family was crying after offering prostration. They became quiet when they saw me and gave me some gifts. I asked him the reason of weeping. He said that there was a time that at this place there was an old mosque where Hazrat Ali Hajwari (‫ )رتمحاہللہیلع‬prostrated and 382 more saints of the subcontinent prostrated over there and whoever prostrated there became a renowned saint of his time.

2.2 The Mysterious Story of the Place Present in Moti Masjid

w

w

w

That place has become dear to Allah Almighty due to his prostration, prayers and crying. I have an ilm (knowledge) that whatever thing is present there, it will speak to me. When I offered prostration there the place talked to me and said what a good fate you have that you are offering prostration on this place, where the great saints and Scholars prostrated. That place told me its unique story. The place stated that once a robber was imprisoned in jail during the reign of Akbar – the Mughal emperor. He remained there for a long time. He was tied with shackles and chains. Later on he was made the keeper of the prison. He used to come to Moti masjid at night for prayers (Ibadat). He could not pray properly but could only whisper Allah, Allah in prostration. At that time entrance of a common man was not allowed in Moti masjid except for kings and emperors. On Fridays, the King offered Salat-ul-Jumma along with his companions who were dear to the king.

2.3 Just One Touch of the saint on the Chest

i.o

rg

The floor said that the robber kept saying Allah Allah. This was the barkat of that floor where his forehead struck, tears dropped and he said Allah Allah. He was released from that jail. When he came out of the Royal Fort he saw one saint going mounted on a donkey. He called him and told him that he had no penny. ”Please give me one penny or something from your pocket”, he said. ”I am a bad man and you are noble”, he added. The saint said, “why not?” He gave him some coins. He came back after talking to him. That saint called him again. When he got near him, he opened his collar and wiped his hand on his heart. I felt that my chest was shaped like the pocket and opened. He inserted his hand in my heart and I felt an itching and then something went in my heart. He said, go, due to the blessing of those sujood (prostrations), Allah has enlightened your heart; your heart is now washed and the Noor (light) I got from Allah has been given to you. I stopped there, my feet were stacked there and the saint went riding on his donkey till he vanished away from my eyes.

ar

2.4 The Whole World Changed in a Moment

w

w

.u bq

He said,”I returned back and asked gatekeepers and I said that I wanted to go back to prison.” He was surprised that he got rid of this imprisonment after years, people want themselves to be free and he wanted to go back to jail, strange. He replied, ”actually jail is not my destination or aim, in reality I want Moti masjid, where I got love, affection, my heart was in deep love with Allah there, I saw jinns with my naked eyes. I entertained myself with lights (Noor) of Angels. I saw blessings of Allah showering like rain, I saw punishment. Everything was introducing itself, I came to understand the languages and accent of animals, the entire universe has been changed for me. I got near Allah. My eyes learnt to cry due to fear of Allah, my body learnt submission to Him through Ibadat (worship). Every part of my body falls in love with Allah. Where I used to do Ibadat (worship) I began to understand the voice of that place. That Noor which that Saint transferred in my heart and Sujood (prostrations) of Moti masjid, they both together changed my life and it happened that whenever I stood for Salat (prayers), I learnt it the words come on my lips. I learnt recitation; I never had lessons from any-body. I got the charm of worship, recitation, zikr, prostrations. I was astonished and I felt that I got proximity to Almighty, remembrance of Allah. My days and nights were passing in remembrance of Allah. The gatekeepers didn’t leave me to go inside; I kept on crying outside, I was fed on leftovers.

w

This news was sent to the king that the robber is insisting on obtaining the responsibility of Moti masjid. King felt in his heart. Maybe that was the time of acceptance. King called me and asked me about my will. So I told him the whole story from the start that how I got the secret of that special place of Moti mosque. When I offered Sujood at that place. I used to visit Moti masjid at night hiding myself I was made the watchman of prisoners and due to the blessing of that prostration I got freedom from jail when I came out I met a saint who transferred the Noor in my heart and my whole life was changed.

2.5 How King Got The Treasure

i.o

rg

King asked, “How can I know that your life has been changed.” He replied abruptly, “King! The place on of this there is a great treasure and I am seeing that. And if you do not find it true what I am saying, you can kill me.” King called servants and ordered them to dig. The floor was dug. And the floor was embedded with real precious stones and was hard to dig. However they dug that floor and suddenly a spade struck on a hard thing. It was a huge chest filled with pearls and jewelry, silver and gold and when they opened that vessel the light of the jewelry enlightened the whole room. The king forbade opening it. All of them went away. It all happened so quickly and he got a great treasure with the blessings of Moti masjid.

ar

2.6 I Don’t Agree With Two Conditions

.u bq

King was surprised on getting that treasure. He made that robber (who was a saint now) sit in front of him and gave him respect and accommodated him and said that he would get his meal from the royal dining from then onwards. Two royal servants would serve him and he would serve Moti masjid. He said, “I disagree with these two conditions. I should be given meal from common man’s table and I don’t want any servant. I want a small part to live. I don’t want anything.” King accepted both of his conditions and he kept serving Moti masjid. He didn’t leave that place which is specified for prostration.

2.7 When I Prostrate There

w

w

My dear readers, I went there so many times and I prostrated there as well. Whenever I prostrate there I have a feeling of joy and ecstasy. When I went there last week, I offered 2 rakat prayers there. The layers of the earth have been removed. I saw an unseen system beneath the earth. I can’t describe it in words. You might consider this a fictitious story but what should I do. My eyes opened and if yours open too. I was talking to that keeper and I want to keep talking and talking. And I kept listening.

w

2.8 Paragon of Prostration at the Special Place I was listening to him and getting impressed. I was thinking about telling people about this secret. It really benefitted the humanity. Many jinns greeted me, and told me that their own problems were solved. Their path was enlightened by the virtue of that place. Jinns asked me about that place. I replied, “Make you deserving one for this place.” They said, “If you guide us to that place, by the mercy of that, Allah Almighty will make us desirable persons and they quoted to me the example of that robber.”

2.9 Ocean Of Spiritual Enlightenment Was Found From Moti Masjid

ar

2.10 How The Robber Died?

i.o

rg

I smiled. I said, “He really did not deserve that.” Some place makes an undeserving person a deserving one. Allah’s mercy lies there. Fine! I reached moti masjid and I said in my heart that I should also offer 2 rakat nafal prayers. It was night and the clock was showing 12:30. I intended for Tahajjud and offered it. I found peace and tranquility, a feeling of indescribable love and an ocean of spiritual enlightenment. I kept myself in the state of prostration. I was weeping, Jinns were waiting for me. And guests were coming in party continuously. Our party was supposed to start at 1:00 AM at night. I kept offering nafil supplications. And I guided them towards that place.

w

.u bq

Then I returned. The robber who was of the era of Emperor Akbar. Latter he became a Saint. I asked the Jinn about her name. The jinn said, “I do not know his previous name.” But the recent One was named by King Akbar and he was known as Asghar Khadim (servant). He was the servant and caretaker of the mosque. When he was on his deathbed, he said, “Let me go inside the Moti masjid. I want to die in the mosque.” Then they took him there. He was ill for a long time. But the servants helped him in visiting the mosque. He used to clean the mosque by his trembling hands and pray with shivering hands. Servants took him at that place and kept his head on the place of prostration and he was sobbing and crying,”Oh Allah! My days were dark. My days and nights were dark but you washed my heart with the blessings of your house. I met saints who gave me the light of your love which they achieved after long struggles and efforts. Oh Allah! I am coming to you. Do with me what a mother does with her child. I hope for your mercy.” He was saying that while weeping and crying. His tears were all around the floor and at last he said Allah thrice and passed away.

w

2.11 King Akbar Started Crying

w

When the news was sent to the king that Asghar Khadim passed away, King came and went to the place where his dead body was placed. He straightens his hands and feet and tightened his thumbs. King saw his dead body. He was very courageous and a strong nerved person. But after seeing him he started crying. He said, “He was the man through whom I got treasures. I felt that I had an inclination towards Hinduism and used to indulge in polytheistic rituals. Dur to this person (Asghar Khaadim) I got spiritual enlightenment and proximity to Allah Almighty. I felt that perhaps Allah will forgive me and Humayun too.” And then he started to tell about his genealogy and kept on crying continuously. Then came the ministers and veritable court members. King offered his funeral prayers himself. He often remembered him. Jinn told me that the old Jinn took the charge of the mosque. 40 jinns are taking care of this mosque and this has

been practiced for centuries. Moti masjid and its cleaning have never ever been neglected by anyone. Whether a human being comes over here for cleaning or not, but jinns are taking care of it with much vigor.

Allah Almighty has blessed a lot and jinns got their problems solved. We were discussing. Suddenly we were invited by jinns when we reached there, chairs were arranged. Initially the ceremony was in Moti masjid but due to crowd they organized it in the ground. Special distinguished guest’s offered nafal prayers. There was a huge crowd. One thing I noticed was that jinn women, even evil jinn women do reveal themselves. They take veil.

One man said he had a problem of mental discomfort. And for this reason at times he drenches him-self in deep thoughts. When I learned about Moti masjid, I also wished very strongly in my heart to go there to find a solution to my complex and un-ending problems. And for this I set off to a journey towards Lahore Moti masjid. Upon reaching there I offered two nafil and sat there for some time. I stayed in the mosque for some time, then I managed to rent a hotel room nearby and made a daily routine that after breakfast I used to go to mosque and do some cleaning of the mosque, do recitation, zikr and offer nawafil. My childhood and teenage has been spent out I have seen people using medication and special exercises to overcome these discomforts, which are just a waste of money and time. In Moti masjid I find such a soothing comfort which neither is possible in big bungalows and comfortable rooms nor on soft and comforting beds. I felt such attraction and affection for this mosque and did not feel like going back. As usual one day I went to the masjid. I was offering nawaafil in the mosque I felt a different and comforting feeling in my body and stood still in Qayyaam and with full concentration and

mosque was filled with lights and that light started filling in my body. I thought somebody has turned on the light in the masjid. And I opened my eyes and all that disappeared. Again, I closed my eyes and the heavenly lights came in front of my eyes. I remained in this state for a long time and I don’t remember that for how long this continued. But I felt that my problems started solving one by one. My mother called from home and informed me that the prolonged bogus cases that were troubling us for years have started solving themselves. And by the grace of Almighty Allah the demeaning and hopelessness from my home started to disappear and happiness is resuming

I am greatly depressed owing to monetary problems and I am occupied by sorrows and grief. I could not find a place to discharge these problems to. When I heard about Moti masjid I came here and told my heart out in front of Allah, and said to Him, ”I am under such tension and mental distress that is beyond my hold, You Almighty do not give problems to Your beings that are beyond their capacity to bear. And my heart is not capable enough to take any further and is ready to burst apart.” I lifted my hands and talked to my Creator. Tears passed through my hands, wetting my lap. Then I engaged myself in offering nawaafil. And in doing that too I was crying like a small child weeping in front of his father for something. I cried to Allah to solve all of my problems. And all of a sudden I felt my happiness and comforts fell back in my lap. All of my disturbed issued started turning right. Many people that owed me came back by themselves, returned the owed amounts and I found a decent job with desired salary, how can I thank Allah for everything.

I was a milk-tender but I closed that down because it wasn’t really running well and due to this I was under immense tension. I had two little kids to feed, and now I was unemployed. I went to Moti masjid and offered nawafil in the special prescribed way and prayed to Allah for Halal sustenance. At the very same time I got a call for a job to join immediately. I requested to join ‫ا ُ ا ْ ُ َا‬ from the next day which was accepted generously. And I joined the other day. ‫الرا ِزق ِْی‬ ‫وہللا خْی‬ (Rabnawaz, Lahore)

I was just sitting and watching all of this. Suddenly, an unseen force pushed me up and then threw down on the floor. I was so scared that I could not tell about it to anyone. 3.8 Traveling to Pakistan from Qatar

w

I came to Pakistan from Qatar only to offer nawafil at Moti masjid. I offered nawafil at the mosque, cried a lot and prayed for my whole family and for all ummat-e-Muslima. I felt that Allah acknowledged my prayers. Furthermore, I showed a desire in my heart that O Allah, I do not want to go back with empty hands, and you must give me a gift. I was just cleaning the floor that I found a beautiful pearl in front of me. I showed gratitude to Allah Karim. My Allah Karim fulfilled my desire, I could never think about it. With contentment I was also ashamed that Allah Karim loves a lot even sinners like us. (Hamsheera Naveed, Qatar)

had severe pain. My niece dreamt that an old man (baba) came to her and said that he had walked all the way from Moti masjid due to which his feet had swollen. As you prayed for your father at Moti masjid, Allah Almighty has accepted it and your father is now free from illness. Next day her father was discharged from the hospital.

A person offered two rakkaat Salat-ul-hajatat in the old masjid of royal fort. During recitation of

ar

Surah Fatiha frequently recite ‫ِاّیک نع ُبد و اِّیک نست ِعی‬

repeatedly for half, or one hour, or for a longer time till it is possible to stand and recite. After completion of surah Fatiha repeat the process while offering the next rakaat and then complete it. After-wards pray with remorse for sins and disobedience of Allah.

4.1 Safety Measures at Moti Masjid

The management of royal fort is constantly complaining that majority of women who visit Moti masjid do not follow the rules of visiting historical places. For instance: 1. They light up candles and such things, which is not only the disrespect of mosque but due to this white marble is converting into black.

w

2. Often women visit without mahram (A man who has blood relationship or marriage bond) and insist to stay at night.

3. Bottles of non-alcoholic perfume (Iter), water bottles, shoe boxes, writing on walls, calendar, stickers, posters etc. are pasted on the walls of mosque. The fact is that just because of ladies the management is facing numerous problems.

Due to such complaints Allama Lahooti Damat Barkatahm has shown his anger and reminded that if such complaints will not stop, he will take his orders back (Ubqari Institute).

4.2 Location of Moti Masjid

At the royal, after the entrance of Alamgir gate, climb ups the high peak of vale (ghaati). Towards the end, on the left side of this ghaati there is a big well. On opposite side of the well, you will find a well known cafeteria and opposite to this cafeteria the historical Moti masjid is present.

4.3 Cleanliness of masjid is a Dower (Haq Mahar) of Houri

ar

i.o

Hazrat Mohammad (‫ )صلی ہللا علیہ وسلم‬said that build masjids and throw out the garbage. Thus a man who will build a mosque for Allah, for him, Allah Almighty will build a palace inside the heaven. A person said,”O Mohammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)! What about the mosques that are built/placed on the ways (there is no one to clean them?).” Hazrat Mohammad (‫ )صلی ہللا علیہ وسلم‬said, “Yes! Throwing out the garbage from those masjids is the reward (haq mahar) of Hoor-e-ain.”.
