The formula of medical science is absolutely right and its research is 100% correct that the nations that use sweets and meat too much, they will have more passion, emotion, belligerence and anxiety continuously. After all no matter how many friends of Allah and pious people and sages of Sufism there have been, why did they use to give tasteless foods, simple diets, in their dining halls? After centuries of experiences they have reached this conclusion that depending on how much delicious and extravagant the food would be, a person would seek more tastes.

Irrespective of the fact that those tastes are of solitude, of more foods, of sins or of eyes, ears, the passion to commit sins and the pursuit to acquire them. All the tastes begin when the tastes of the tongue come to an end.

Street crime, meaning that snatching of mobiles, money and jewelry on roads. And a strange crime that has become common these days and that is to cut the hair away from the heads of women. Because the hair are being sold at very high prices. And a lot of cases of this crime are coming back to me. Our rulers are governing officials are trying to increase as much as possible the mechanisms of security and safety. They have done a favor to common people and certainly this is a really good emotion. Please believe! When we sit on the dining mat, a saying of Hazrat Ali (‫ )ر ہللا عنہ‬comes to my mind, that no matter how extravagant the food would be, the bowel would be equally pungent. I have an experience that the more extravagant the food would be, the more difficult it would be faced by the person who has eaten it to come out of the toilet. In order to explain this I repeat this saying that, “O Allah, either take the bread out, or take the life away from me.”

Readers! Please believe that the dining should always be simple and widely spread. Come! I tell about a really nice way of dining. The dining on which there is yogurt and raw vegetables spread by cutting into pieces that are known as salad. Understand that neither their weight shall increase nor the stomach shall bulge. Neither shall they have to face dirty nor become pungent gases that even embarrass the person themselves, and the other discomforted as well.

Please give simple diets to your generations. Give them simple dresses, simple foods and make them habitual of a simple life. Because in all directions, there is not even a wind of artificial diets but a storm. Not everyone can be safe from this storm. A few days back a dangerous storm occurred in Japan and Korea. I was on the journey of Russia and Azerbaijan. Over there we had a resident of Japan with us. He used to ring back home again and again and were giving directions about staying safe from the storm.

After becoming sick if you have to eat porridge, brown bread, biscuits of choker, and bread of choker, then before becoming sick and before making your generations sick bring them on simple diets and a simple life. Urdu digest is an old and ancient magazine of ours. I read that during the childhood, and I learned from that. In this a lady, respected Sughra Bano Sheerein (‫لیہ‬ ‫)رحمتہ ہللا ع‬, started saying one day that a woman told her that two young sons who used to live in a hostel came back to home for spending holidays so their striking eyes would fall on the maids who were working in the house. The mother understood that. The only thing that the mother did was that she put simple lentils without spices and simple vegetables and had the young men eat them. In a few days they established mental balance and calmness, because of the fact that the foods they had taken in the hostel of the college, they had developed the same temperament.

Effects of Haram (Prohibited) Sustenance: At this moment all the mischief that there is in the society, I am the reason for that! Why is this so? Because all the labor I did, I cheated in that. I settled for a labor of 25 cents, but I did not work worth of 25 cents. I worked for 12 cents. Or the ingredients that I have written for the medicine, I have not included all of them in the diet. I have only written them. I have also received the full compensation for the price. And this is my theft! This is my cheating! Then this medicine did not have those benefits that I boasted about. What would be a better fraud than this? The introduction that I gave about the medicine, the benefits that I had written about in the introduction of the medicine, they did not appear in my experience. But I wrote about them. And the people used that medicine after reading about those benefits, this is also fraud.

I had settled a wage of about 100 rupees, but I did not work for 100 rupees! I took complete the complete wage but did not complete my job. This is also insincere! I took a salary of 1000 rupees per month but the amount of time that I had to dedicate, I did not work as much. This is also insincere and fraudulent!

As You Sow, So Shall You Reap A friend of mine took me to a place with a lot of love. He said: I earned my whole life with hard work. After retirement the son was caught in the crime of a murder. 45000 rupees were spent on him. The fund that I got after retirement, all of that was spent in the lawsuit of that murder. Theft occurred at my place. Then an accident occurred. After that another loss occurred. And the situation is that all of the life’s saving was spent and I became indebted. The reason for this is that my whole life the cheating that I did in my employment, all of this is the result of that. I do not remember my cheating, yes, the bad things that were done to me by people, I remember those.

One Coin for the Milk Man, One Coin for the Sea: Sheikh Saadi (‫ )ر ہللا عنہ‬says that a person used to mix water in milk. Like this he earned a lot of coins and became very wealthy. Once he was transferring those coins from one place to another using a sea ship. He had a pet monkey with him. The monkey took that pouch full of coins and climbed the mast of the ship and started giving one coin to the master and throwing one coin in the sea. The master was shouting from beneath. A Following and Hissing Flood: A friend of mine came to me; a flood had come at his place. He started describing the situation of that place that: There was a typical hiss of the flood. As if it was the hiss of a snake. The water of the flood was coming while making a noise like this that due to fear, the people who had to lock the room could not lock it! The houses were left without locks. He said: Three kids were clinging with an old man. And people were running for 30 miles. And the water was following them.

The Reward of Paying Zakat: He said: A person had made a pile of money and jewelry. But when water came, he forgot to pick it up.

He saved his life and ran. When the water dried, he went and saw that roof of the house had fallen down. Upon searching he found that pile. He found the jewelry too as well as the money.

People asked him, how did you find this money and jewelry? He said: All praise be to Allah, I pay my zakat (alms due) wholly. And the person who shall fulfill his duties with honesty, then Allah will save him in such a way! And if every person thinks like this that what difference do his dishonesty and oppression, then he will have to suffer from its results in the form of earthquakes and floods.

The One Who Is Alone Has Allah With Him: In flood ridden areas, some government officials snatched the wealth from a woman and pushed her in the water. She swam in the water and came ahead. Personnel of Pakistan Army brought her out. That woman told the whole story to the soldiers. The soldiers sat her in a boat. They hid the woman and asked the government officials about this. They denied this. So the soldiers called the woman and had her identify the people. Her belongings were found and those persons were also given punishment. congregation composed of thousands of people dispersed, a farmer came running and said to you, I came to listen to your sermon from a far flung place. But this is my bad fortune that you had finished the sermon. You said: I can deliver the same sermon to you again verbatim that I delivered to thousands of people. The farmer said, why are you going through this hardship due to one person? He said: Even before I had to please the one, and even now I have to please the one (meaning Allah Almighty). So you stood up like before and and repeated the whole long sermon afresh to that farmer which is a wonderful example of attainment of pleasure of Allah.

It was ordered by you to the whole gathering that the tested and experienced observations should be written for the betterment of human creations of God. By the grace of God, on my return from gathering when I got free from the obligation of marriage of my daughter then I remembered your order and sat down to write.

First incident that I would like to share with Ubqari and it is from the time of my youth. I mean to say my age was almost 23 or 24 years, my place under belly button used to swell on both sides. May be it was hernia. My respectful father has had hernia operation whereas I was scared of hernia operation. I used to recite holy Quran and after that I use to beg while weeping that O GOD save me from the pain of operation. After some days the prayer started to show their effects and I fully recovered. That day passed and till this day I never had the problem of hernia.

Even though I have heard that once you become a victim of hernia then there is no alternative other than operation. Since during this disease the membrane explodes which is connected through operation. But after reciting Quran verses and blessing of Nawafil, God connected the broken membrane and I fully recovered.

Since childhood, I was grown up in a religious environment and I was fond of reading the books on religious life of Prophet ‫ﷺ‬. I loved to listen to poems of praises of Prophet. My life’s biggest wish was that, maybe I will get a chance to see prophet ‫ﷺ‬. Every day in morning and evening, I

was crying so that O God please allow me a chance to see prophet ‫ﷺ‬in my fate. I read a booklet based on Quranic Wazaif and in which I saw it was written that whoever person will recite Surah MUZAMMIL before sleeping every day he will give a chance to see prophet ‫ﷺ‬. Since I

read it then with full faith and devotion, every day after ISHA, I used to wear clean and nice clothes and wear an excellent fragrance and recite surah Muzaamil and after finishing it, I used to sleep while reciting Drood Shareef. my fate woke up. I got a chance to see Prophet ‫ﷺ‬for real. I saw Prophet and did it to my heart

full. When I woke up at the time of Fajar then my eyes were wet with tears. I was crying and thanking my God that O Allah you bestowed me who is a great sinner with such a enormous blessings. O Allah I am so very much thankful. By the grace of God whoever will do this procedure then by the will of God he will definitely see the greatest prophet ‫ﷺ‬.

Now that we are on topic of this, then I want to present an incident to readers of Ubqari. On the tip of toe of my foot a pimple with a root. I showed it o doctor and he recommended an operation. So avoid operation I used to recite Surah Fatiha, 3 times or 7 times in beginning and end with Drood e Ibrahimi, according to my level, then I used to put my saliva and apply on pimple. After some time there was an itch and after scratching the itch, the skin peeled off and some mucus started to come out continued with the procedure. After some time the process stayed the same and after continuing with the procedure, helped me to such extent that I even forgot then when the hell was this pimple existed and on which finger. Readers these experiences and procedures are before I came to Tasbeeh Khana . After I started to come to Ubqari Khana then waazaif told by Sheikh ul Wazaif how they helped me to solve my big problems and works. By the will of God I will write in next writing in detail.

The fame of Muhammad Bin Qasim with non-Muslims and his humbleness with them. He gave top positions to Brahmans. He used to say that these people work with honesty and will not deceive us. They were given these designations by saying that even after your next generations will retain these designations. Its goof effect was that where ever these Burhamns went then they used to tell people that if you follow these Muslims, then they will rain upon with prizes and benefits. Muhammad bin Qasim not only Muslims but also common people (rest on page no 49) Prophet’s ‫‘ﷺ‬s humbleness with Non-Muslims now all these incidents are available in written

It is essential for such a curious person that they should take light tents with them, but the tents that are prevented cold and wind coming inside. The residents of the northern Kohistan region start migration with their livestock as early as September, October comes. Tourists visiting the upper regions in these months see this scene that the areas begin to get empty. Tourists in upper areas are also advised to avoid severe cold weather. For those going through motor cars, this problem is not so intense, but for people who walk on the altar, it can be a serious, rather painful experience. It is very important for such parties to decide closely and carefully with each other. Such fatigue and consequence of weakness can be prevented from getting cold. It is also important that the body remains in motion, because unhealthy body temperature decreases. To keep the body safe from extortion and stiff muscles must be kept active. You should keep moving in the camp or moving hands and feet. If a partner is walking or having a cold or having difficulty talking to, you should immediately warm it with hot tea or coffee with a lot of sugar. If possible, arrange to heat the hot water bottle. If the clothes are wet, wear dry clothes and arrange fire. It is also possible to take with the traveling gas stove. The companions should take it to their surroundings and lie around it so that their body heat can warm the body. In addition to hot drinks, boil chicken cubes and give chicken stoke etc., feed it well, sweet pills, chocolate and honey etc. Because eating these food items instantly generates energy in the body. Alcoholic beverages should not be used, because the blood of the upper cold side of the body surface goes to the inner body, the body temperature goes further down. I am a student and now I have taken admission in a local university in my small city. When I was in seventh class then I lost my father then I started to go to school without father. my secrets and I have not found anyone more trustworthy and graceful. Now God has granted me so many blessings that I can’t thank God even if I wanted to. Now I want to tell the readers of Ubqari a very strange incident from my life. It was my habit that often I did not cut the nails of mine and as fashion statement. And even my nails were very pretty. There was huge fight between my mother and brother. My brother gave such bad and nasty abuses and insulted food a lot. This was the month of Ramadan all the neighbors used to hear the abuses. My mother was helpless she used to weep with tears. I could not see my mother’s state. My mother used to hear seminars of Ubqari coming live on internet in morning and evening (meaning after sehri and traweeh) on the website of Ubqari live. While listening to seminar dozed off. I saw a dream and I saw you. You advised me that “do not keep such long nails” then I woke up. First I thought that I saw the dream for no reason. And it is just my complex. When the quarrel got out of hand and brother threatened to expel us out of the house. Even though brother lives happily in his house and in a separate portion and neither his wife has an issue with or nor we have no problem with him. Then I remembered that dream and your advice. Hence then on the spot I cut the nails. The day I got my nails cut, was the day of Eid. So who would know since that day my circumstances changed, Brother was advised with love. And in this matter solving with peace within mother and brother there was the hand of my sister in law. Brother asked forgiveness from my mother while weeping with tears in eyes. Our house was saved from destruction. This fight had continued for weeks and there was situation of mourning in the house. During this time I learned how to ask from God in solitude and while crying in the nights of Ramadan from my graceful God to remove the tensions of my mother. Since that day has passed I say thanks to my God. That HE blissful sent you in my dreams and the reason for the issue of solving this dispute which were my grown nails I was ordered to cut them. And the moment I cut my nails since that day there have not been any fight in our house and everyone has been living with ease and dignity and with love. All I wanted to say was that you are number one and your message is also number one. May God make you a source just like this. I was bestowed a life of faith and good deeds, professionally I am a teacher in a Government school. I have performed many different extra – curricular duties for my department, due to which I had to interact with the different classes of the society. After reciting your prescribed invocation (Dua’a) “ ‫منین والمؤمنات و المسلمین والمسلمات‬ ‫ اللھم اغفرلی ولوالدی وللمؤ‬I send the invocation to all unknown people. In the recent census I had my duties during which I interacted with the backward people who had very less basic facilities, some of them had very small houses, during the census we had to ask questions about the number of rooms, the material of the ceiling, the availability of toilet system and the availability of clean drinking water etc. My heart ached while seeing the poverty and the condition of the sick people, some heads of the families were sick, there was no one to earn in the house, and several members of families were admitted in the hospital. After completing my daily duty at night I used to recite the invocation and send it upon them and pray to Allah to solve their problems, cure their sickness and provide them with the best livelihood and prayed for their happiness, my heart feels peaceful. Also during the census duty I had the chance to interact with people working on the brickyard, seeing them working in the scorching sun and the heat of fire to earn 2 times bread for their families filled my eyes with tears. Alas, after seeing them it induced feelings of Thankfulness in my heart and I also prayed for their wellbeing and welfare at night.

Then just recently, I have performed the duty of polio vaccination, my duty areas included 10 brickyards where I went and administered polio drops to young children of the brickyard labors.

These were facing many problems such as lack of basic facilities, ignorance, less knowledge about religion and poverty etc. After performing my duties the whole day, at night I used to send this invocation to those children and their parents and especially prayed for those children. O Allah! To all those children I have administered polio drops bless them with health and faith and bless them a life away from the claws of the brickyards. Alas! the same for the fruit and vegetable vendors and pray for the increment of their livelihood and pray for their blessings. Thirteen years ago in my village in a family a fight took place due to some skirmishes and the dividing of wealth. The elder two brothers brutally killed their mother and their younger brother. After being held in the prison for few months they were released because their father had died and there was no one to follow up on their case. The eldest one between the murderers was the friend of one of my relative, when I was a child the murderer loved me very much and also used to bring sweets etc. for me. By profession, he was a truck driver and whenever he used to come into the village he used to give me a ride with other children on his truck, which made me feel very happy. A time came when this murderer developed blood cancer and died a very terrible death. One night I recited the same invocation for the deceased. I saw in my dream a scene consisting of a truck hotel, it was winter, many people (in good moods) were sitting on tables and having tea, between those people that murderer of the mother was also sitting, and he saying to people (while looking at me) “Come on, lets pray for this person that his census duties go well and he prays for me”. When I woke up from my sleep, this invocation was on my tongue, maybe because of the blessings of this invocation Allah may have forgiven him. (And Allah Knows Best).

Ahmed and Iqbal both lived in one city; Ahmed was a B.A graduate whereas Ahmed’s qualification was only up till 8th grade. One time Iqbal had to go to a government office, while he was going there Ahmed also went with him. Both of them reached the mentioned office, Ahmed saw that Iqbal was continuously speaking English there. When both of them came out of the office then Ahmed said to Iqbal that the English you were speaking was absolutely wrong and I would never dare to speak such kind of English. Iqbal did not get ashamed on the comments of Ahmed and replied in a convincing attitude “Talk wrongly so that you are able to speak correctly”. Iqbal further said that undoubtedly you are a B.A graduate whereas I am nothing but you’ll see I will start speaking English but you will never be able to speak English. It’s been 20 years since this incident, Iqbal’s words have proven to be 100 percent correct. Ahmed is still on that level he was on 20 years ago but in this time period Iqbal has developed immensely. He now speaks fluent English and there are only a few people who can point out linguistic mistakes in his talks. Iqbal’s daring attitude has helped him a lot. Before this he only had an ordinary shop in the city, now he has a huge factory established in the same city. “Talk wrongly so that you are able to speak correctly” proved to be 100 percent correct in his case. Iqbal’s such kind of relation in not just limited to language but to all the scenarios of life. In the current world only those people become successful who are confident who uncaringly can move forward and who have the ability to take steps daring to face fear.

Respected readers, if we utilize our time correctly then eventually we are doing it right. I am stuck in somewhat same condition. A lot of people me on various happy and sad occasions and usually a lot of them invite me over their homes. Whenever I am invited to someone’s house, I always say that In Shaa Allah I will try to come if possible but I cannot make any promises.

However one day, Allah made my friend’s promise come to reality. I asked my husband to drop me at my friend’s place and pick me up on his way back. Ma Sha Allah, I admired their lifestyle since they practiced Pardah. I reached at her place at 8 p.m and saw that my friend was getting ready to go somewhere. She was very happy when she saw me. We sat together and talked for a while. I noticed that my friend was quite restless and there was something that she wanted to say to me but couldn’t. When we asked her, she finally spoke her heart out: It is my neighbor’s daughter’s wedding today. Mehndi’s function is going on right now. These functions are once in a lifetime. Why don’t you come along me? We just have to go a little far. Our hearts are joined together just like the walls of our houses. Please come along. I advised her not to go to that function either as I believed it was only about music and dance which only added on to our sins, nothing else. We will only return with a lot of sins on our shoulders. I tried to convince my friend about leaving the idea of attending that function but she still insisted on going there as she wanted to sing a few songs and play dholak. I tried to make her understand how she should only focus on building her relationship stronger with The Creator and how this was the only way to lead a happy life. Although she heard everything I said very respectfully, she did what is wanted to do. She and her elder sister went to attend the function and they left their two children with me. I asked them to give me the prayer mat and Quran, The ultimate treasures. When i had these two with me, I never felt the need of having anything else. As soon as they went away, I sat on my prayer mat and started building strong connections with Allah. They also gave me their phone number before leaving so I called them since it was getting very late and I knew my husband might be on his way to pick me up. When I called her she told me that she was enjoying a lot and intended to stay for some more time. I felt sad and started reciting Kalma sitting at my prayer mat. After about half an hour I started to hear stranger voices from the neighborhood as if something very unfortunate had took place. I heard a girl scream “My mother”. I wore my gown quickly and went to that house. When I reached there, I saw the most heart wrenching situation.

My friend’s hands were on the Dholak, songs on her tongue and her neck that fallen to one side.

Hazrat Izraeel (‫ )علیہ اسَلم‬had come to take away her soul. A house full of happiness was changed to a house full of sadness. I kept on thinking that maybe she had agreed to what I said to her and that maybe she would have died on the prayer mat.

Noone was conscious enough to make a dead woman lie on some place and fulfill the duties and Sunnah. After some minutes, one woman took charge of it and asked someone to bring a pure sheet to spread and made my friend lie down. do it anyway. After this, another painful moment took over us when we heard what other women were talking about: Why did this jinxed woman came in our function? To ruin it? Didn't she had another place to die? She made my daughter’s happiness fade away. She played Dholak with such hands of hers that it stopped. This was said by the woman whom my friend proudly talked about earlier that day. Some of the women held the dead body of my friend and brought it to her house. As soon as we left that place, everyone got busy in eating food as if nothing happened.

However, the next day everyone came to see her for the last time. My friend’s daughter was unconscious with the pain and funeral had ended when the neighbors started to speak ill about my friend and her daughter: Who will carry the daughter of such a woman who ate the happiness of others? 2) Pluck some rose petals, dry them, and grind them. Now add a few drops of lemon juice in creamed milk and also add some dried rose powder in it. Layer your face with this mixture for 20 minutes and wash your face with fresh water afterwards. Apart from this, the rose powder can also be mixed into cucumber juice and can be used to layer the face.

3) Take almond oil, olive oil, pure honey according to need and mix the three things and apply the face mask of this mixture 2 days in a week. The direction to apply this mask is that apply this mixture on the face for 15 – 20 minutes and then the face should be washed with warm water.

When his wife came to know that there were gold coins in the pouch, she became greedy and said to her husband, “We should keep this pouch and move to the city immediately. There we will buy a big house and live happily”. But the farmer didn’t become greedy and said, “No! I cannot do this; I will find the owner of this pouch and hand over his coins to him”. “You have not stolen this pouch, rather you found it on your way”, his wife was giving him reasons for keeping the pouch. But the farmer didn’t agree with his wife and went out with the pouch. On his way, he met the noble of the village. He came to the farmer and asked him, “Instead of working in the fields you are seen here, is everything ok?”

The farmer told him the whole account and said, “I’m looking for the owner of this pouch so that I can hand it over to him”. The noble smiled upon listening to the farmer and said, “It’s your reward”. The farmer was surprised to hear this and asked, “Reward! For what?” the noble replied, “I heard about the stories of your honesty in the village, so I put this pouch on your way because no one passes from there early in the morning except you.” The farmer asked, “But why?” The noble replied, “To test your honesty, now it’s your reward”. He refused his offer but the noble didn’t take the pouch from him. He went happily to his home and gave the pouch to his wife saying, “Had I followed you and become greedy, I would have never got this pouch”. Then he told his wife about his conversation with the noble. The farmer distributed some coins among the needy and moved to the city along with his wife. There he bought a home, started his own business and lived happily ever after.

Her body became so much stinky that the bad smell spread everywhere in the house and made it hard to breathe. Her children, means her daughter-in-law and daughters put her bed in the street and the people living in the street shifted her to the road. My step-grandmother oppressed everyone, she wanted to grab the entire property and wanted all of us to be deprive of our right and she did it. But that day she was left alone helplessly on the road. People passing by her were putting their hands on their noses. My stepgrandmother’s family was destroyed. I forgot to tell that my grandfather died at his daughter’s home, he couldn’t even die at his own house. The same thing happened with my stepgrandmother. She died on the road side. People had to shroud and bury her in a hurry. All of them had become greedy and mistreated my real grandmother, father and mother. See the Divine justice; our family is the most knowledgeable and sophisticated. All of my brothers are well educated and have got good jobs. They are all healthy and handsome. On the other hand, my step-grandmother’s family is suffering from various diseases and disabilities. By the Grace of God, our mother brought us up with such values that we do good to even those who did something bad to us. Our mother started talking like kids before her death. She used to praise Allah. And even in the chilling heat of July, she would say, “Look how beautiful flowers are blooming, Allah has made me happy”. She had become extremely frail due to her illness but still she had a glowing face.

Sheikh Shahabu Din Soharwardi ‫رحمت ہللاعلیہ‬has narrated a story that’s also being mentioned by moulana rumi ‫رحمت ہللاعلیہ‬that once there was a fight between the romans and the Chinese.

Romans claimed that they are better artisans and decorators, the Chinese also claimed the same.

This case was brought in front of the king. He ordered both the parties to show their skills to him and then he will decide which one is better. The king built a house and built one wall in between the house. He ordered the romans to decorate half of the house and the other half will be decorated by the Chinese. The Chinese plastered the wall and draw flowers and plants of different colors. They turned their part of the house very colorful with plants and flowers. On the other side the romans plaster the wall and did not draw even one flower or plant nor did they painted it instead they cleaned the wall so much that it turned into a shining and clear mirror.

Anyone could see his face in it like a mirror. When both the parties finished their work, they asked the king to examine it. The kind ordered to remove the wall from between the house to better compare and judge the work by them. When the wall was removed all the drawings of the Chinese could be seen on the roman walls and all those colorful flowers and plants were reflected on those walls. The king was surprised and could not decide as to who is the winner because the same drawings could be seen on both sides. At last the decided in favor of the romans as their artistry was better because they showed their art as well as stole the art of the Chinese due to their mastery and skill. Moulana room after narrating this story advises o dear!

You should apply the example of the art of the romans on your heart, clear your heart with hardship and struggle so that even you sit at your home your hear can see all the colors and beauty of the world. You should open the window of your heart so that all the dirt and dust will be cleaned from it and enlighten it with light of ALLAH’s knowledge. You will start to observe the secrets and facts of this world by sitting at home. Such clear hearts get the blessings of ALLAH directly from HIM and not dependent on the book or teacher. It keeps on getting more and more enlightened. Jealousy, animus and hate are diseases for the heart. With these diseases a person cannot get blessings or comfort in the worship. People enjoy participating in the nonIslamic gatherings and parties but feel overburdened in the religious gatherings. There are less people attending the religious gathering as compared to the social get together. This all is the result of these heart diseases mentioned above. Joining the circle of ALLAH’s friends we can clean our hearts. When your heart will say ALLAH ALLAH all the dirt, jealousy, animus will vanish from your heart then you will feel comfort and blessed in your worship. You will hate all the sins and will love the virtue and virtuous people, because on the last day the deeds will be weighed not counted and the weight in the deeds is gained with pure intentions. Purity of intentions is always in the clean hearts and the heart is cleaned after serving the friends of ALLAH. The servant was still reluctant as he asked his lord that how that guy would have lift such heavy earthen pots? The merchant then directed him to give away the camel as well. While listening this the servant ran and handed over the camel along with both earthen pots. The surprised needy guy thanked to that kind merchant and walked away with his camel while praying for that generous merchant. He was very much inspired with generosity of that merchant who did rewarded him heavy earthen pots full of honey along with a camel to carry this load however he asked for a small volume of honey.

On other hand, when servant appeared to his lord then merchant asked the servant that why didn’t he go when he asked him to give one earthen pot, then second earthen pot but went very quickly when he asked to give him a camel as well. The servant replied that when I stated that giving one earthen pot will imbalance the load on camel, then you asked me to give him both earthen pots, and when I submitted that guy might not be able to carry such a heavy pots then you directed me to give away him camel as well, so I was feared as if I argued anymore then you might order me to go with him. Take 01 Kg Tils. After cleaning them wash and dry them. Then get its oil in front of you. So that the shopkeepers may not mix this oil with other oil. My right leg had a lot of pain for a long time, which was not ending nor could it be understood that it came from the spinal cord. I used to keep the foot in the big bowl and read ‫یا قھار‬ Amal (an action to put feet in the large vessel and some steel plate filled with water). Sit on a bed and put feet in that. If its summer put cold water in that vessel or if winter put warm water. It is important to dip the whole feet and sit with wudoo and read 1100 times ‫ی قھار‬ ‫ا‬. Keep thinking of your problem if it’s magic, or some sin, or illness or alcohol or gambling you want to be saved.

You can also read for imagining someone else. Then start reading. It is a time to be set aside; 'sitting towards the Qibla' is to change water daily. ‘This work is to be read daily 'eleven days' twenty one days seventy one days or ninety one days. You read If you want to read in the morning or evening, it will be useful if you can read at a time) and read open or read all day.

One day I went to sleep while reading it I saw in my dream a black cat (i.e. there is only one eye of the cat)." She jumps; suddenly something comes and goes away with this cat. 'When I went off the bed, the pain was not at all. Note: I used to do this process only for three weeks. We had a married girl on our street, her clothes would be cut and torn. A huge loss on little mistake! Have you ever faced that you did a firm determination and fully planned for something to do but you delayed in fulfilling it and someone else had done that work. In result you couldn’t achieve your goals and the remaining people will succeed. Someone said that the business of a product started, a little legal mistake was done by its owner, and he couldn’t register his rights in government institute due to some reason. Another person took the benefit of owner’s weakness and registered that paint on his name and a legal notice was given to the real owner. The real owner tried hard but the person who claimed didn’t agree and the real owner had to close his product. Though the person who claimed did wrong but the real owner got punishment for his laziness. This laziness is harmful in human life materially but in case of religion this laziness leads towards hypocrisy and especially in matter of offering prayers laziness is one of the symptoms of hypocrites. Laziness or carelessness is such a disease whose cure will not be done merely by speculation or imagination rather it is a jihad against self. This disease can only be controlled by doing merely continuous jihad.

Alama Ibn e Juzi ‫رحمت ہللاعلیہ‬write that Hazrat Shibli ‫ رحمت ہللاعلیہ‬went to Abu ul Hasnain Noori ‫رحمت ہللا‬ ‫علیہ‬ , he was sitting motionless, Shibli ‫ رحمت ہللاعلیہ‬asked him from where you have learned this comfort and meditation, said “ there was a cat of mine, I learned it from her, when she intended to do hunt she made herself motionless that not a single hair of her moved.” Just take out some moments to review like that and it will be beneficial. Slowly end your laziness.

(2) CLEAR OBJECTIVE AND DIVISION IN PARTS: The goal you want to achieve it must be cleared, divide it into little parts. Like on holiday you have decided that you have to clean cabinets, tables, and you have to finish this work before on hour from Jumma prayer then you should estimate that how much work. Tables and cabinets are two different tasks, estimate the time or hours, and then how to divide the papers of table.

Let’s suppose that you have to clean in four different parts, spray bacterial medicine and to list the papers in relevant files. Also clean the cabinets in this way. Keep in mind its sequence. Fry any seed in organic ghee and grind it, mix sugar in it. Take ten grams in morning and evening. If you add Beilgiri in it in equal weight it will become more effective for the set purpose.

Hoashaafi, meethi (seed of fenugreek), Kalonji, nagarmootha seed of karanj (cyperusrotudus), take all in equal weight and grind them. Use ten gram of this powder in the morning and evening with water.

Recite three times verse no.80 of Surah Bani Israil. With three times darood shareef in the beginning and ending, blow over water and drink it.

Do ablution take seven pieces of white thread and make a cord. Recite Darood Shareef one time in the beginning, Recite complete Bismillah start reciting Surah Waduha in such a way that you stop at every “ Kaf “ in the every verse and make a knot on the cord. Hence, there will be nine knots. On the completion of Recitation of this Surah then recite the complete Surah at end and blow over cord. Hang this cord in the neck of the patient when the fever is gone, bury this cord in the soil or throw it in the clean running water. Allah will definitely give health with the Barakah of this Surah.
