UCB Inspirational Aim: To be the best music formatted Christian station helping people (focus 40+) to experience the presence of God. Strategic Aims: • Produce a station of anointed praise and worship music along with teaching that encourages listeners to go deeper with God. • To inspire and encourage the people of God to rise up to the fullness of their calling through insightful teaching and positive presenter input.

UCB UK Aim: To be the best music formatted Christian broadcaster in the UK, connecting people (focus18-45) to God. Strategic Aims: • Produce a station that provides a mix of culturally relevant music, faith content and conversation in a way that is accessible to, and makes a connection with the concerns of people of all faiths & none • Provide positive and uplifting teaching and presenter input to encourage people in their journey with God.

UCB Extra Aim: To provide a Christian alternative music formatted radio station that encourages Christians and reaches out to non-Christians through culturally accessible music and spiritual content.

Strategic Aim: To expand and develop as possible using UCB’s resources as well as developing valuable, sustainable relationships with partner ministries that share the station’s ethos/vision.

UCB Gospel Aim: To be a distinctive UK Gospel music station, featuring the best Gospel music from around the world, with strong support for the UK Gospel scene.

UCB Bible Aim: To broadcast the spoken word of God 24 hours per day.
