"The UCD Advantage Award was a great way to look back on my experiences and reflect on the transferable skills I had learned by taking part in these activities. It also allowed me to understand what future employers might be looking for when applying for a new job. Overall, the award was a great way to think about my achievements and be proud of myself! Advice for Students: I would absolutely recommend taking part in the UCD Advantage Award. It is a wonderful opportunity to get recognition for tasks that might otherwise go unnoticed. Besides, it is a great way to come to realise how much you have learned by taking part in extracurricular activities, and how they have been incredibly beneficial in improving your transferable skills for the future.
