WuXi Biologics is a leading Contract Research, Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CRDMO) offering end-to-end solutions that enable partners to discover, develop and manufacture biologics - from concept to commercialisation - for the benefit of patients worldwide. We have manufacturing operations in China, USA, Ireland, Germany & Singapore.
Our Dundalk campus is home to one of the largest contract manufacturing single use biologics productions facilities in the world. There are two streams to our Graduate Programme - Rotational and Specialised: * Rotational (Cross-Functions) - 2-year programme with pre-defined streams, 3 months Onboarding, 7 months in Manufacturing, 7 months in Quality and 7 months elective (to be decided based on your background and business needs). *Specialised (Engineering Only)2-year programme, 3 months Onboarding, 14 months first (mandatory) rotation, 7 months second (elective) rotation (to be decided based on your background and business needs).

Career and Skills Consultants
We deliver a range of engaging and interactive modules, workshops and seminars for students across all disciplines and stages. These cover everything from developing a stand-out CV or perfecting your interview techniques to developing the key skills that graduate employers are seeking, like leadership, teamwork, presentation skills, commercial awareness etc. Check with your Programme Office to find out about bespoke career development and employability support in your area or contact your Career and Skills Consultant. We offer two types of free one-to-one Quick Query appointments with our team of Career and Skills Consultants:
• CV & Application Quick Query sessions: to review your CV, cover letter or application form, career advice and interview prep.
• All Queries: All questions relating to CVs, applications, career development, further study, interview preparation.
Slots are approximately 20 minutes in length and can be booked on the day through MyCareer
Recruitment Fairs & Employer Presentations
Often the first contact a student makes with an employer at a fair or presentation leads to important connections and career opportunities. You can find an up-to-date schedule of recruitment fairs and employer events taking place on campus on MyCareer We also publicise events via social media, so keep an eye out!
