UCF-ISP SPORTS NETWORK AND UCF ATHLETICS COMMUNICATIONS UCF-ISP SPORTS NETWORK Radio Broadcasts In 2008, UCF-ISP Sports Network and Clear Channel Radio Orlando announced an innovative marketing partnership that features UCF Athletics events and promotional programming airing across the company’s seven top-rated Orlando radio stations. The programming is based around the UCF game day broadcasts for football, men’s basketball and baseball, in addition to call-in shows for both the football and men’s basketball head coaches. The George O’Leary Call-In Show takes place on Thursday nights and will air on WYGM 740 AM “The Game” from 7-8 p.m. during game weeks during the football season. The entire Knights football and men’s basketball schedules, the Donnie Jones Call-In Show, 20 regularseason baseball games plus the postseason will also air on the flagship station for UCF Athletics, WYGM 740 AM “The Game.” WYGM 740 AM also airs a daily segment, the Daily Knights Report, a one-minute feature that runs Monday through Friday. UCF Athletics also continues to hold a significant promotional presence during the Dan Sileo Show. The marketing partnership gains its unique positioning through an enhanced UCF Athletics promotional schedule that runs for 38 weeks across the entire Clear Channel Radio Orlando line-up: WMGF Magic 107.7 FM, WXXL 106.7 FM, WTKS Real Radio 104.1 FM, WJRR 101.1 FM, WRUM Rumba 100.3, WFLA 540 AM and WYGM 740 AM.

Kohler enters his 10th season as the Knights’ football public address announcer. Kohler also announces home UCF men’s and women’s basketball and baseball games. Kohler has also announced Orlando Magic games, minor league baseball and MLB spring training games around the area in addition to the St. Petersburg Bowl and the Florida Tuskers.
UCF ATHLETICS MEDIA POLICIES COVERING UCF Practices Beginning on Aug. 23 and continuing throughout the season, practice will be open to the media on Tuesday and Wednesday only. Practice is closed to the media on Monday, Thursday and Friday. Media availability is subject to change. Head Coach George O’Leary Head coach George O’Leary will be available for interviews during the season following practice on Wednesday and Thursday. The ideal interview window for O’Leary is each Tuesday as UCF holds a weekly press conference at Bright House Networks Stadium. The press conference begins at 12:00 p.m. and also includes a pair of players each week. Player Availability ALL player interviews must be arranged through the UCF Athletics Communications office. During the season, player interviews are permitted after practice on Tuesday and Wednesday unless practice has been closed by the head coach. Filming at Practice On Tuesday and Wednesday only during the season, video and photo access is available during individual drills at the beginning of practice. No filming is permitted during team work. Tripods are not permitted on the practice field at any time and media members must stand at least five yards off the sideline. Media members must stay on the perimeter of the practice fields. At all times, filming at practice is at the discretion of the UCF Athletics Communications office personnel and the coaching staff. CONFERENCE USA WEEKLY TELECONFERENCE Conference USA head coaches will be featured on a teleconference from 2-3:30 p.m. ET several Mondays during the season. The first call is scheduled for Aug. 30. Media representatives wishing to participate in the call should contact the league office to obtain the phone number. UCF ATHLETICS CREDENTIAL POLICY All football credentials are a revocable license for admission. UCF Athletics reserves the right to refuse, revoke or terminate this license at any time. Your acceptance of accreditation and subsequent use of the credential is expressly conditional upon, but not limited to, the following: • UCF Athletics and its rights holders own all copyrights, intellectual property rights and proprietary rights for images, sound and data ensuing from or during UCFAA home athletics contests. • The unauthorized commercial use of photographs, video or audio emanating from UCF Athletics home contests is forbidden. • The holder of this credential voluntarily assumes all risks of property loss and personal injury arising during its use. • Photo or video images taken during UCF Athletics home sporting events may only be used in conjunction and for the purpose of the approved credential grant. • Any secondary use of any picture, audio description, film/tape or drawing of the game

PHOTO CREDENTIAL REQUESTS Only photographers shooting for accredited news agencies, or for UCF, will be issued credentials. Photographers will pick up their credentials at the media will call area located at Gate 18. The photographer will receive an arm band that will also serve as their working credential. Photographers are allowed to shoot behind the north and south end zones and on the sidelines, but will not be permitted in the team area between the 25-yard lines. CREDENTIAL REQUESTS All requests for working media, television, radio, online media, photography or scouting passes should be directed to Leigh Torbin or Doug Richards in the UCF Athletics Communications office. Requests should be made at least one week in advance. If time permits, the credential will be mailed. If not, the credential will be left at media will call at Gate 18 of Bright House Networks Stadium. Parking passes for media will be distributed to the accredited parties based on availability and priority. ROAD CREDENTIAL REQUESTS Working press wishing to cover UCF on the road should make credential requests through the UCF Athletics Communications office. PRESS BOX SERVICES Prior to each game, notes, statistics and media guides are available in the Bright House Networks Stadium Press Box. During the game, statistics are distributed. An internal public address announcer will keep the media aware of play-by-play, records and game notes. A pregame meal is served before kickoff. Wireless Internet is available to the media in the press box.
