offers a variety of quality accommodations for all types of groups. Corporate, educational, sports, and tour groups find lodging and meal plans to meet their needs and budget, all in a beautiful campus setting. Four levels of accommodations are available for groups during the summer months: • Sunset Village/ De Neve Plaza • Plaza Rooms • Residential Suites De Neve Plaza • Residence Halls All accommodations are sold on a “package plan” basis and include rooms, daily meals, and complimentary use of UCLA’s Olympic-quality recreational facilities. Meals are all-you-care-to-eat in our residential restaurants, Residential Restaurant and campus recreational facilities include swimming pools, tennis and racquetball courts, basketball courts, and workout facilities. As an added option, hotel-quality meeting rooms are available and are conveniently located adjacent to all accommodations. Computer labs are also available for classes or special training sessions.
Twenty-four-hour front desk services are available for check-in, messages, and information. All rooms are wired for complimentary highspeed Internet access and are non-smoking. 24-Hour Front Desk A designated number of rooms also meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Staying at UCLA also offers guests a wide variety of things to do and see – whether it’s exploring the campus and nearby Westwood Village, or venturing further out into the greater Los Angeles area. With space for up to 2,000 guests, these modern rooms feature air-conditioning, cable TV, high-speed Internet connections, inroom telephones, two twin beds, a private or shared bathroom between two rooms, and daily housekeeping.
These accommodations house approximately 1,900 people in comfortable double- or single-occupancy rooms with shared bathrooms. Air-conditioning, high-speed Internet connections, and in-room telephones are standard in the Plaza Rooms.
Apartment-style living (without kitchens) for up to 350 people is available in our Residential Suites. These accommodations are located in a wooded setting and feature two bedrooms with two twin beds in each, a shared bathroom, a living room, in-room telephones, and high-speed Internet connections.
These accommodations are located in traditional highrise buildings surrounded by beautifully landscaped areas. With space for approximately 2,300 guests in double-occupancy, these rooms feature twin beds, high-speed Internet connections, in-room telephones, and a community bathroom.
