Budget-Minded Buffets
(25-person minimum) These one-entrée buffets are offered exclusively to clients using our Covel Commons and De Neve Plaza facilities. Service includes china and attendants for two hours. Buffets are served with rolls or cornbread muffins with butter, iced water, iced tea, and coffee service. These buffets include one starter, one entrée, two sides, and one dessert. Vegetarian entrées are available upon request. Starters (choose one)
