METHODOLOGY • 17,504 BBB riders exit the bus daily at eight bus stops that serve UCLA • A sample of 1,905 BBB riders was collected representing a high level of confidence. • Sample obtained from several sources: an intercept survey (394), an email survey to the graduate student body (841), an email survey to all BruinGo Flash Pass users (670). • Three question survey designed to increase response rate from time sensitive respondents. • The campus was divided in to five roughly half mile quadrants based on academic schools and facility clusters

Quadrant 1 is the primary destination of 41% of BBB riders on the UCLA campus, while accounting for only 21% of riders exiting the bus. Quadrant 5 is the primary destination of 27% of BBB riders on the UCLA campus, despite accounting for 45% of riders exiting the bus.
