GUIDANCE FOR GRADUATES OPCD helps graduates achieve a first destination through many avenues, including one-on-one and providing career-related content via multiple formats. In addition, OPCD connects students and graduates with potential employers through Handshake and in-person networking opportunities. During the 2019-20 academic year, OPCD hosted 100+ employers at 59+ campus events.

FIRST-DESTINATION DATA OPCD administers the First-Destination Survey prior to graduation and provides personalized coaching to students based on their individual needs. *The 2020 FDS survey achieved a response rate of 93%, with 17.2% of respondents reporting salary data.

OPCD Career Advisors provide career coaching to current degree-seeking students and UD alumni with a completed degree.

of graduates from the class of 2020 were employed or attending graduate school within six months of graduation. OPCD tracks each graduating class to determine the percentage of graduates who attain a positive career outcome. This percentage is derived from the number of known positive outcomes divided by the number of known graduates minus those who are not seeking an outcome.

As of December 2020, 93% of the undergraduate class of 2020 reported a post- graduation outcome to OPCD.
