Site is Rectangular in shape with contour of 10m difference. The site is 5m below the River front promenade and larger length side is along the river front.
The total Built up area is 2.5 acre making possible to have all major spaces to have accommodated within ground floor and further levels as future expansion

Each spaces in program is broken into small spaces of module of 10*10m and it also reflects on the on of the princple used by these modern contemporary architects.
The Spaces are divided by central green spine acting as spill over area connecting two ends of site and entry plaza at both ends.

Permanent Gallery is taken to upper floors in order to control the flow of visitors and also helps to attain the minimum height required to see the river view.
Roof top garden complements the view surrounding the site and to the experience of visitor. there are few amenities to sustain the garden like small OAT, Restaurant, sovereign shop etc.

The studio was meant to explore the details of interior planning aspects. Since it was a small project we dealt from start of area programming to minute details of interiors and was all done on individual bases.
