Questo edificio si basa su un semplice sistema di sovrapposizione di grossi blocchi di cemento e vetro trasparente. L’edificio ha anche una funzione di paesaggio che controlla il vento, la luce e il verde, e li porta all’interno dando libertà allo spazio interiore che supera la forma di architettura convenzionale. Il progetto di interior design realizzato insieme ad Alivar_ This building is based on a simple stacking system, with large cement blocks and transparent glass. The building also acts as a sort of landscape that controls the wind, the light and green, bringing these factors inside and giving freedom to the interior space, which goes beyond conventional architecture. The interior design has been created together with Alivar_

Progettata dal famoso architetto belga Marcel Leborgne, pioniere dell’architettura contemporanea ed uno dei fondatori del “modernismo” in Belgio. La villa Dirickz forma un cubo virtuale dove l’architetto belga Marcel ha giocato con le forme creando un agglomerato omogeneo di volumi geometrici. La Villa, dopo un periodo di decadimento ed abbandono, è stata totalmente ristrutturata e decorata nel 2009 per rendere questo gioiello del modernismo ancora abitabile. La Villa è stata totalmente arredata con prodotti Alivar_ Designed by the famous Belgian architect Marcel Leborgne, a pioneer of contemporary architecture and one of the founders of “modernism” in Belgium. Villa Dirickz is a virtual cube where the Belgian architect has played with shape, creating a uniform mass of geometric forms. After a period of deterioration and neglect the villa was totally renovated and redecorated in 2009, making this jewel of modernism habitable once again. The villa was completely furnished with Alivar products_

Alivar ha partecipato a questo importante restauro proponendo all’interno arredi moderni dal gusto raffinato che si amalgano con questa atmosfera magica_ The castle is located in the county to the South-West of Florence between the Arno and the Greve r ivers. Castello di Torregalli with its courtyards, its grand garden, the “salotto di Baccio” and its open spaces is part of the culture and history of the Florence region. Alivar participated in this important restoration by proposing modern yet refined furniture to blend in with this magical atmosphere_
