4.2 Site Location

• Site location near S.G. Highway because the prices of land within the neighborhood of the highway are more comparable to those in the downtown areas.

• A road width of 60m can cater to this type of structure.

• The site is located at the intersection of two main roads namely S.G. Highway, Sindhu Bhawan Marg having a higher density development area in the vicinity.

• Applying new building bylaws and creating an example for skyscrapers.
