Book Launch: Scrounge, by Amie M Marie

UEA Drama invite you to join the launch of Scrounge, a new play by Drama alumna Amie M Marie. Amie is a queer and disabled comedian, writer and performer based in Norfolk, specialising in YA prose and stage plays. Scrounge is based on real conversations between disabled people and assessors, doctors, the public and whistleblowers who have called out the “grave and systematic violations” (UN, 2016) of disabled peoples’ rights in the UK.
