Hey besties, I can't believe I've reached the end of my term. I'm excited to see where Emily, your 2022-2023 Editor, will take this position, but I am so sad that this is the last newsletter I get to release. I wanted to thank each of you for taking the time to read my newsletters, send in shout outs, and participate in many other ways. I love you all, and happy reading! :) Gator K-Munication

Monthly Welcome

Monthly Welcome "Hey everyone. My name is Alexia Walker. I am currently serving as your service chair along with Rachel Eloy. It's been an amazing experience helping to do what CKI does best: giving back to our community. Its been fun and rewarding work, and I am so glad that I was able to be apart of CKI in that way. We're approaching the last leg of this semester, so I wish you all the best with your studies and your exams. I am graduating this semester, so I know how hectic everything can get and how much stress you can easily fall under, so please never forget to stop and smell the roses; take care of yourselves. Before you know it, your time as a student will be over, so make sure to experience all that you can here at UF. Don't miss out on those beautiful things that can't be seen or touched, but felt with the heart. Enjoy the rest of this awesome newsletter!"

Here are some movies that Alexia recommends! Pretty Woman (1990) Over the Moon (2020) Your Name (2016) The Yin-Yang Master: Dream of Eternity (2020) The Trial of the Chicago 7 (2020) Volume 13, Issue 9

DCON

DCON This month we went to Daytona Beach for our annual District Convention, planned by immediate past Conventions Chair, Amber Morgan. At the end of the service year, clubs from all across Florida and the Cayman Islands come together for a grand celebration. Here is a recap of our weekend at DCON!

We started our weekend with an Opening Session on Friday night. We heard introductions from members of the Florida District of Circle K and Kiwanis International. Later that night, District Board candidates caucused, answering any questions that CKI members had. We ended our night with a competitive game of Jeopardy for our fellowship activity. Page 6
