This is how you do it Meet with your group Use one group member’s laptop to create a folder Locate the T3 Presentation PowerPoint template – open it and File>Save As into the folder you created Complete slide 1 of the presentation
Locate the resources listed on your project checklist Open the program and use the resources to learn the software/topic Begin filling in slide 2 as you “play” Create examples (if applicable) and save them in the folder Link to the examples from slide 3
Plan your presentation (order of what you will show and have the class do) using your checklist as a guide Save a copy of your group’s presentation folder on the server in the “T3 Groups” folder and update it as you make changes (you will use that for your presentation) Practice your presentation
Steps for Zipping Right click on the folder Send To>Compressed Zipped Folder
