DECEMBER
In-Depth with re:3D about the Power and Impact of 3D Printing Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020 2 p.m. Online via Zoom
Topic of Discussion re:3D is a full-service 3D printing company with a social impact mission: to provide people with the manufacturing tools to solve problems in their own communities. re:3D manufactures large, industrial 3d printers right here in the Clear Lake area and recently adapted them to 3D print with plastic waste. In this talk, we’ll discuss how re:3D’s work intersects with sustainability, entrepreneurship, and issues like the COVID-19 pandemic. We’ll talk about how 3D printing can change how we build our physical world and solve problems, and we’ll open the floor to discuss how you can use 3D printing in your own life.
Presenters Helen Little, Mechanical Engineer, re:3D and Charlotte Craff, Ambassador, re:3D
