Facility plays host to over twelve Broadway shows. We have over 330 event days each year. Make decisions for the facility in absence of the Executive Director. Settle shows and negotiate show merchandise agreements. Enter data into facilities forecast and revenue sheets. Established a recycling program and energy conservation initiatives that have saved the facility over $110,000 so far this year. Forecast and supervise a budget of over two million dollars. Instituted a Manager on Duty program for the facility. Wrote and implemented an Emergency Procedures Manual. Oversee front and back of house, parking, valet and security staff. Helped set up a projected 20 year capital budget for the facility. Negotiated and signed contracts with service providers and vendors. Schedule off duty officers and EMT staff for events. Implemented a cleaning schedule for the facility. Supervised replacement of carpet throughout the whole facility. March 2005 May 2006

Pocono Raceway-I worked as security for 2 races held at Pocono Raceway Genetti Best Western Wilkes-Barre. I was Banquet Manager at a hotel/banquet facility for about 8 months before I left for Houston. August 1999 March 2005

Facility is home to the AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, and the AFL2 Pioneers. Opened this brand new facility in October of 1999. Hired all operations management and line employees, setting up building policies, emergency procedures, established budgets, and watched over daily construction. Had a staff of over 380 employees and was responsible for a budget of over 1 Million dollars. With my operations managers we implemented a preventative maintenance program for the facility.

Supervised and scheduled building staff for events and changeovers Advanced events with promoters; coordinated stagehand work calls, building security and equipment.
